Dr. Trinh and Kat were awesome! So very attentive and empathetic to my anxiety needs. The nitrous gas worked wonders for me. My first time using it I was a bit nervous but it's definitely good for anxiety about dental procedure needs. I will say the procedure was very pricey $$$ more costly than I expected or I've been quoted before. But my procedure was completed with ease and I experienced no pain at all. Thanks again for being so compassionate and patient.

My husband and I love coming here to get our teeth cleaned. We have been coming here for the last four years, and everyone is always so professional, and welcoming. Dr. Patel is amazing! She’s very knowledgeable and has helped me throughout my Invisalign treatments. The staff consistently makes us feel comfortable, and the hygienists are gentle yet thorough with exams and cleanings. Our appointments are always on time, and I truly appreciate the level of care and attention they provide me and my husband with. We highly recommend Dental Group of Chicago.

Please read this before considering going to this dentist, I wish I had known before I went. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. I came to this dentist for what was supposed to be a routine cleaning. I saw the good reviews online and needed a new dentist since I moved to Chicago. During my visit, the doctor told me I had SEVEN cavities, needed one tooth extracted, and that all four of my wisdom teeth needed to be removed urgently due to the number of cavities I supposedly had. This was extremely shocking, as I have never been told anything like this in my life. The diagnosis felt overwhelming and confusing. And, to top it off, I was given an extensive bill and was being asked to schedule my next appointment. This gave me a bad gut feeling, so I decided to get a second opinion from my longtime hometown dentist. My hometown dentist, whom I trust, told me that I actually only had one small cavity that needed filling, that no teeth needed to be extracted, and that while wisdom teeth removal could be considered, it was not urgent. When I learned this, I felt deeply unsettled and misled. Based on this experience, I truly feel untrusting of this office, especially knowing how different the second opinion was. And now, as I look past the initial good reviews I saw, I see that people have had similar experiences here. As I mentioned, I only came in for a routine cleaning. So, in my opinion, I strongly encourage anyone considering this office to seek a second opinion before agreeing to any work. Always go with your gut!
