Dr Fiss and his team have taken excellent care of me for well over a decade. Recently, and with much deliberation, I decided to switch to an in-network practice. It is difficult to leave any doctor you’ve trusted for so long. Dr Fiss is passionate about his work and is a perfectionist - which is a great trait for a dentist and one I appreciated very much. Seeing the grinding damage on my teeth, Dr Fiss immediately recommended a much needed night guard, which stopped the grinding damage I’d experienced for years. Dr Fiss has fixed chipped teeth resulting for all those years of grinding. He’s crowned many of my back teeth; and when root canals were needed, Dr Fiss referred me to an excellent endodontist, saving many of my back teeth. I always felt that Dr Fiss cared and that I was in excellent hands. At the front desk, Jodi and Suzanne were always welcoming and took care of the paperwork, payments, and scheduling next appointments. They also effortlessly coordinated any follow-up tasks requested by insurance. Over the years, my dental hygienists (Elizabeth and more recently Shelly) were excellent as well. Both loved their work and did excellent jobs while fitting in friendly conversations about things like family and friends and music. Going to the dentist was actually fun - as fun as going to the dentist could be! Thank you, Dr Fiss and staff. I am thankful for the great care you have given me over the years. I would recommend anyone to Dr Fiss.

Dr Benjamin S. Fiss, May be the single handedly best and brightest dental expert I will ever experience in my life. My goal has always been to get vaneer's, I was very skeptical at first because I understood there is no going back once the process begin's. I have had braces and invisalign, and neither were getting the job done, they were not giving me the smile I have always wanted. yet once I met with Dr Fiss I knew he was different, when I had my first appointment with Dr Fiss he immediately knew what I wanted before I even said anything, he knew that I wanted my smile to be more fuller and more wide because my teeth were so small. Going through the process Dr Fiss was perfect the entire time, he was very transparent with what I wanted and how he would attain that goal each step of they way. Not only Dr Fiss but his incredible staff are so nice and helpful, they understand how stressful dental work can be on a patient and make it feel very simple and calming. The flexibility Dr Fiss's office offers is also amazing when ever I had an issue I was able to come in immediately to get it fixed, I wish there was another way to thank Dr Fiss for all the amazing work he has done for me besides this review, but all I can say is Dr Fiss has officially turned me into a man rocket and I cant thank him enough.

Dr. Fiss and his staff are truly spectacular! After moving to Chicago from Canada, I met with numerous dental practices for consultations and did not feel comfortable. I had offices that would not explain things properly, and not reply back to emails. A visit to the dentist is not typically thought of as the most fun! However, at Dr. Fiss's office, you will definitely feel comfortable, and assured knowing he has the best staff and an extreme amount of knowledge and expertise! They are very prompt in providing a thorough explanation of everything that will be happening, and they always answer the phone and reply to emails in a very timely manner! I have first-hand experience with a variety of different services here, and could not be happier. Dr. Fiss was able to suggest an alternative option for fixing my teeth. I was initially going to have him straighten my teeth and add bonding for surface chipping. In a very non-aggressive and non-pushy way, he explained an alternative solution using veneers. At first, I was sceptical of veneers, but I did not understand the process. I ended up choosing to go with the veneers, and thanks to Dr. Fiss, it turned out extremely well and will be a permanent solution that I can enjoy for the long term. there was virtually no pain in the process as well. Dr. Fiss takes great pride in what he does, and also in knowing the most advanced products and technology in every area. When I came in to have the permanent veneers installed, he made sure they were the perfect shade and match before making anything permanent. Dr. Fiss and his team go above and beyond! This is an expert who clearly remains in practice for the pure joy of it and truly helping clients!!! I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Fiss and his team...100%!! They are my regular dental location now for all cleanings and maintenance going forward!

Dr. Fiss handled many complicated cases for me/family (multiple implants with risk of bone loss, front teeth, Invisalign) with superior care! Besides being 1st class dentist, he is a great physician! I vividly remember my case (I had to travel post-implant surgery) when his guidance and care were instrumental for my well-being and full recovery. I sent an online inquiry to the office on a Sunday afternoon and Dr. Fiss called me. He wanted to understand my needs and get me scheduled at my convenience for an initial meeting. I easily decided this was the dentist for me given how he and the entire practice treated me. They were and are professional, warm, and genuinely caring. For the final appointment for the porcelain veneers, Dr. Fiss was so attentive and urged me to take as much time as I needed to get comfortable with them and if I wasn't happy he was prepared to send them back to the lab. He is a perfectionist who takes great pride in his work, but provides as much care and compassion to his patients to ensure their satisfaction. What a great experience; I highly recommend Dr. Fiss and his practice! I'm a patient for life!
