I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel like this experience needs to be shared for anyone considering this office. I went in for an appointment about two weeks ago, had X-rays done, and received a full treatment plan. At that first visit, they clearly mentioned debridement and wisdom tooth removal — nothing about a deep cleaning. Fast forward to my appointment for the debridement, and suddenly I’m told I need to come back again for a deep cleaning. Nothing about my teeth or X-rays had changed between appointments, yet the story completely changed. The person treating me told me something different from what the dentist had said, and then changed their explanation again after I questioned it. I heard three different versions of what my treatment plan supposedly was, which made me lose confidence in their consistency and transparency. Because of this confusion, I asked for an estimate for the next appointment. They quoted over $700 for a deep cleaning (That’s after insurance), on top of the debridement. That price is around seven times higher than what other dental offices charge (Dentologie) - now decide for yourself if this place is going to offer 7 times better job then the dentists at Dentologie. It really made me question whether the pricing was fair or inflated, especially after receiving conflicting information from multiple people. Overall, my experience felt inconsistent, confusing, and overpriced. Between the mixed messages, a changing treatment plan, and costs far above their competitors, I personally wouldn’t feel comfortable continuing my care here

My first time at the office as a new patient when the doctor viewed my X-rays she made comments like “ughh girl” indicating that I needed a lot of treatment. Which I did need 2 teeth pulled. I was charged $700 for a cleaning. Then the front desk were very useless. Their treatment plan coordinator is non verbal so often times the communication is being mixed up within the office. They took about 2month to get me a pre authorization. I then went else where for a second opinion and didn’t need a pre authorization. Let alone some of the additional treatment that they were recommending. Also, constantly giving me the run around and not being able to answer questions as far as insurance. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Everyone involved in this business are scam artists. Their refund policy states that you should receive a refund 45 days after it has been processed (basically 2 months). I paid half the day before the wisdom tooth extraction and the other half the day of just for me to have to see an oral surgeon and pay more money out of pocket for them to remove the tooth. Fortunately, half of the payment was voided the day of the procedure (which proves that the service did not occur). I realized a week later that I did not receive the other half that I paid the day before. I called and I asked about the refund. They told me then that I had to fill out the refund form -- which I completed in person (not via email). I knew there would be a waiting game and was prepared to wait the 45+ days. I thought everything was taken care of. WRONG! Two months later, I followed up and inquired about the refund. Be advised that I have had appointments with them since then. I was then told that the other half was put as a credit to my account WITHOUT MY APPROVAL. Ask yourself - would I waste my time filling out a refund form just for my request to be DISREGARDED instead of being issued as a refund like I originally asked!? No one mentioned anything about a credit and it was the first time hearing about it. So, I waited 2 months for a refund that I was potentially never going to get. I asked AGAIN for them to issue me the refund and I prepared myself to wait another two months. It has now been SIX MONTHS since I requested the refund for a service I never received. They have been messaging me about coming in for other procedures - WHY WOULD I DO THAT? PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE!! Do NOT waste your time. These people are full of it and I regret every minute and every dollar I spent there. My time has been filled with countless appointments -- at one point, I had an appointment EVERY week. It took them almost a month to finish my crown and each week leading up to the placement, I kept being told that it was not ready. What kind of business is this? I used to enjoy coming here but instead, I have been deceived. I am going to keep trying to get my refund - if I have to go to court, I will, but I really thought they would be able to handle this like professionals instead of giving me the run around. Shame on them.

I had an amazing experience at my dental appointment today! The entire team was professional, friendly, and incredibly patient. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well cared for. They explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and handled my treatment with such care and precision. I truly appreciate how attentive they were — even my little Onyx was welcomed with a smile! Thank you for consistently providing exceptional service. I always leave feeling confident and taken care of. Highly recommend!

WARNING! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I gave 1 star, because there is no option to give NONE. This is by far, the absolute worst place I’ve ever been to! Let’s start with the wait time. Dr. Daftary, the dentist, makes you sit in the chair for OVER AN HOUR before she even sees you! It doesn’t matter what time you have an appointment, regardless, she will make you sit there and wait. Next, they made me pay in full up front for my Invisalign treatment, yet I’ve been waiting months to even receive my trays. I call just about every week, I’m always told the clinical manager, Tony, handles that department but when I ask for a call back or reach out to Tony, she NEVER replies or I simply get the run around! Needless to say, I’m still waiting for my Invisalign trays. To make matters worse, during one of my visits, I was unfortunate enough to sit near the doctors office and heard many terrible things her and the employees say about not just myself, but other patients, things I cannot even repeat. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS YOUR MONEY!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
