From the moment I scheduled my appointment, I knew I was in good hands. The front office immediately called to verify my visit, confirm my insurance, and make sure everything was set before I arrived. When I walked in, they recognized me right away from my profile photo, which made the experience feel so personal and welcoming. I’ve been nervous about going to the dentist and had been putting it off, but that changed the moment I saw their comfort menu. It truly felt like I was stepping into a spa. I was instantly relaxed and cared for. The front desk team, the dental assistant, and Dr. Patel were all incredibly thorough. They walked me through what needed to be done and created a clear treatment plan right away. When I realized I had run out of HSA funds for my portion of the bill, I worried I’d have to delay my treatment for months, but they quickly presented an easy credit option. I was approved immediately and able to move forward without stress. Dr. Patel, Dr. Patricia, the assistants, and the entire front office staff were absolutely wonderful. Thank you all so much for your kindness, professionalism, and exceptional care. I’m truly grateful for everything you do.

I had been here before for a routine cleaning and everything was pretty uneventful. That said, my most recent visit made me seriously question the integrity of this practice, and I wish I had paid closer attention to the negative reviews beforehand. I fully believe the reviewers who described this place as having shady practices, especially with billing. I came in for tooth pain. I strongly suspected I had a broken filling (I could feel it with my tongue) and assumed it just needed to be replaced. What followed was a bizarre succession of events: The dentist who saw me was not an effective communicator and felt oddly unprofessional. She performed a pulp vitality test and, in under three minutes, declared that I had pulpitis and needed a root canal. She showed me an X-ray and explained her reasoning, which made no sense to me. All I could see was some discoloration around a filling I’ve seen on previous X-rays. I’m not a dentist, but the explanation felt vague and approximate. It wasn't clear to me why I needed a root canal. The entire interaction lasted maybe five minutes. I was then told I’d need to see their endodontist to “confirm” the diagnosis. Fine. Except immediately after, I was sent to the front desk and handed a treatment plan, with strong pressure to pay in full, upfront. Total: $1,700. Let me get this straight: the specialist still has to confirm whether I even need a root canal.... but I’m expected to pay the full amount NOW? On top of that, the pricing explanation was convoluted. I pointed this out and was met with confusing explanations about the need to pay up front, followed by other pressure tactics about the endodontist getting booked up pretty quickly. So at that point my gut told me to walk away, and I'm thankful I listened to myself. I immediately went to another reputable dental practice. The result? - I do not need a root canal - I do not have pulpitis - I did have a broken filling (exactly what I suspected) and a new cavity on the adjacent tooth, which was intensifying the pain sensations I received a treatment plan that actually made sense, paid $144, and... miracle of miracles... ...my tooth pain is gone! My tooth is also very much still alive. I saved more than $1500 for an unnecessary medical procedure. And this practice didn't successfully pad their pockets with their pushy practices.

I am pretty discouraged and saddened by the business practices here. I was a patient from September-November 2025 as I had gotten a new insurance plan from my employer. The overall environment was welcoming and modern, and the spa-like feel was something I had never experienced before. On my first visit, I was told that I needed a “deep cleaning” because I had significant bone loss and gum bleeding. Silly me, I did not ask to see any of my xrays and took their word for it. They’re the pro’s right? My insurance did not cover these procedures and I paid nearly $600 out of pocket for these deep cleanings and was told I had to come back every 6 months. Fast forward to January of this year and my insurance no longer has this practice in their network. I visited a new dentist, where extensive xrays were done and a cleaning. I told the new dentist that I had a deep cleaning done at the end of October and was told that I had significant bone loss, and asked for her to check the xrays and photos they had done. To my surprise, she stated that I did NOT have significant bone loss, nor am I a candidate for periodontal disease based on her findings both through the xrays and cleaning. I have not changed anything in my dental routine since visiting Pure Dental Spa, so for me to magically no longer have any signs of gum disease 3 months later is a bit suspicious to me. I feel taken advantage of by Pure Dental Spa and based on previous reviews, I see I am not alone in this upselling of treatments…

Incredible 10/10 experience. I never leave reviews and am going out of my way to post this and mention how great the service, staff, and experience were here. Dr. Bezanis, Steph, and Ashley were so caring, professional, and enjoyable during my appointment. Actually made going to the dentist something you don’t dread!
