I had the most incredible experience at SpaDerma Wicker Park with Jennie! From the moment I sat down, she made me feel so comfortable and cared for. She took time to walk me through everything, answer all my questions, and was so gentle with her technique. We treated my forehead lines, elevens, crows feet, and added a little filler in my cheeks — the process was smooth, her bedside manner was amazing, and the results were immediate (can’t wait to see how they settle in the next few weeks 🙌) Jennie is not only skilled and thorough, but she has such a kind and caring energy that makes the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. Anna, the clinical director, was also present during my appointment and she was equally wonderful, she’s so knowledgeable, supportive, and kind! If you’re considering treatment, I couldn’t recommend Jennie and the SpaDerma team more highly. Truly gems!

SpaDerma is a beautiful, clean, and welcoming space. I received an advanced corrective peel by SkinCeuticals from Crystal K., and my experience was excellent from start to finish. As this was my first peel, I had many questions, and Crystal was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, carefully explaining all aspects of pre- and post-care. During the consultation and throughout the treatment, I felt genuinely cared for. While the peel itself involved some stinging and heat, Crystal maintained constant communication—clearly explaining what was happening and making thoughtful, professional decisions based on my skin’s needs. Her expertise and attentiveness gave me complete confidence in the process. I am very much looking forward to the results and feel confident trusting Crystal with my future skincare concerns. Additionally, the front desk staff was warm, professional, and efficient. I will absolutely be returning and scheduling with Crystal K. again.

Ella is incredibly sweet and so thorough- she put together a personalized glow-up plan for me and never once tried to upsell or push products I didn’t need (in fact, she actually talked me out of a few things). I had my first microneedling appointment with Crystal today, and she made sure I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of.
