I’m so glad I decided to start coming here to do laser hair removal. Kimberly was so sweet & honest with her approach. I loved her transparency. I thought I wanted ‘full face’ laser but she explained to me that ‘half face’ is really enough. I showed her my forehead & asked her directly ‘you don’t think this needs to be lasered?’ She looked & said no. I found her honesty very comforting. I knew that I was in good hands. Kimberly was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She texted which was hugely convenient and helped address my worries for my first treatment. Also she could easily treat darker skin which was a fear I had going in. As a bonus, she had pads available to help lighten hyperpigmentation which was the primary reason I sought laser. Definitely would recommend her to anyone interested in getting a laser treatment.
