I had the most lovely Glass Facial at Better Med Spa today and cannot recommend them enough. The entire experience felt calm, elevated, and genuinely restorative from start to finish. Grace was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive, warm, and incredibly communicative throughout the appointment. She took the time to understand my skin goals, explained each step, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated how thoughtful and thorough she was. First time ever receiving a facial here and I can honestly say I had such a great experience. Kayla was very informative and understanding about my skin during the consultation. Kayla also did my first time facial, super relaxing and a great experience. The staff is also super nice and welcoming. The place itself is nice and clean. Recently got a microneedling treatment and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing.
