I flew to Chicago specifically for CO2 laser with Michelle, and it was worth every single mile. Before I even got on the plane, I knew I was in the best hands. She knew I was traveling in and personally emailed me detailed pre- and post-care instructions, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made me feel completely confident in my decision. That level of care before I even arrived says everything. In person, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and precise. She truly customizes the treatment to your skin — not a one-size-fits-all approach — and you can tell she takes so much pride in her work. I had my treatment on Wednesday, was comfortably running errands by Saturday (maybe a little wild up close, but who cares), and by Monday my skin was basically back to normal. The downtime was so manageable, and I’m already thrilled with my results! I will absolutely continue traveling to Michelle for my laser treatments for as long as I can. If you’re considering CO2, don’t hesitate — she is 100% worth it.

I just had my buccal fat removal surgery done with Dr. Benjamin Caughlin, and I could not be more pleased with the entire experience so far. He is very personable, truly understands your aesthetic goals, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. His team is incredibly friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. I researched this procedure for several years, and I’m so glad I chose his practice. I highly recommend Dr. Caughlin and his team!

I had an incredible experience with Dr. Coughlin and his entire team. Dr. C is so relatable and genuinely funny. He immediately put me at ease and made the whole surgical process feel much less intimidating. The office has a very clear and linear system where each team member introduces you to the next person who will manage the upcoming stage of your procedure. It made everything feel organized and seamless, especially with traveling from out of state. Dr C also proactively pulled out time just to make sure I understood what to expect post-op. I was a little anxious about being awake during the surgery, but it ended up being completely effortless. You are relaxed, comfortable, and you barely remember any of it. It is still early in my healing, but I am already in love with my results. Dr. C really listened to what I wanted my end result to be instead of focusing on a menu of procedures He cared about balance, harmony, and my goals, and it shows. I highly recommend him.

I cannot express enough how WONDERFUL my experience at Impressions in Chicago, Illinois with Dr. Anderson has been! I had 360 lipo with fat transfer about 6 weeks ago and the results are beyond my expectations!! I initially began looking into this procedure in May of this year and had 3-4 consultations with other surgeons in the area but after meeting with Dr. Anderson and his surgical coordinator, Alyssa, I felt confident with not only how professional they were but how personable they have been with the entire process. Before the procedure, Dr. Anderson made sure I was prepared with everything to expect from recovery time, the compression garment, and medication, and after has been readily available for check-ins and for any questions I have had. Prior to surgery, I had been pretty physically active and was mostly looking to transfer fat for a more balanced physique. Dr. Anderson did exactly that and took the time to make sure I had minimal scarring and bruising. I can genuinely say I have the body of my dreams thanks to Dr. Anderson and not only would recommend him to anyone looking to get similar procedures but will 100% return for any other procedures I decide in the future!!

I just had surgery with Dr. Anderson last week (lipo 360 and fat transfer). I became familiar with him because I had a procedure with Dr. Caughlin in 2024 (one of my best decisions). And because he trusts Dr. Anderson, I booked a consult with Anderson to achieve my dream body. I'm so glad I did! Dr. Anderson and Alyssa are wonderful people with great energy. From the consult on, I felt comfortable and confident in their opinions. The day before surgery pre-op Dr. Anderson soothed all my pre surgery anxiety. Even when you're getting something you wanted, surgery is still a bit intimidating. Dr. A has an easygoing personality and is great at just friendly idle conversation, which is an underrated skill that I wish more in the medical community would learn from him and Dr. C. They definitely talk to you like a human being and not an object, which is why I went with Impressions in the first place. Other practices/doctors I have spoken to do not talk to you the same way, and being comfortable with your surgeon is important. They both make sure your goals are in line with what is achievable for your nature given structure, which is important. I actually travelled from Florida. I don't like the "Miami aesthetic" too much. Too each their own, of course, but I wanted to look at good as I can within the limits of my body without looking too overdone. Dr. Anderson delivered flawlessly! I don't really have pics to share yet, as I'm only 8 days post op. But from the minute we did our first "body reveal" two days after surgery, I knew I'd be happy. Even though there was a good bit of swelling, I could see the template and the vision coming together. And each passing day, as swelling deceases, I only look better and better. One of my favorite things Dr. A did, was all of my incisions were hidden or look like they could be tiny scars from childhood. No one is going to see me on the beach and just "know" I had my body done. Thank you Dr. Anderson!
