Chris Martindale is literally the best ever! I have seen Chris for botox & filler for over a year now and I can't say enough good things about him. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and truly an expert at what he does. He takes the time to explain everything in detail, answers all my questions, and makes sure I feel completely comfortable before starting any treatment. He offers amazing insight and gives an honest/thoughtful opinion. He's smart and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the science backing of the injecting world. His technique is gentle and precise, and the results are always natural and beautifully balanced. I never feel overdone. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in his work.

Originally, I visited Fulcrum as a "model" for training purposes. I had the privilege of getting to know Brittony, Dr. Hill, Emilio, and Chris during my 4-5 hour stay at Fulcrum. Each of them was incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. What stood out most to me was how they genuinely cared about making ME feel good again. After 3.5 years of back-to-back children, I just didn't feel like myself and each of them made sure that I walked out of there feeling confident and seen. I remember at one point tearing up telling them how I was feeling, and they immediately stopped what they were doing and listened. It goes to show that they genuinely care. They are true masters of their craft. They were able to correct areas that I didn't even realize Botox could help adjust. Each of them is incredible in their own ways. I could go on for days about what they did for me that day, but then this post would be even longer, and no one wants to read a novel. Needless to say, I have been a client ever since! Currently, I see Danielle and she is amazing! Kind, compassionate, and knows her stuff! She is a true salt of the Earth kind of person, and she has helped educate me about different treatments and their benefits. I have had BBL treatments, Co2 Laser, Botox, and Filler and each of these experiences have been transformative for my skin. I am so thankful for all of the amazing people at Fulcrum and am happy to have finally found providers who are both talented AND care deeply for their clients.

I came to Fulcrum Aesthetics for treatment after receiving a recommendation from my colleague—and I was cared for by the wonderful Brittony Croasdell. From the very start, the experience felt exceptional. On the morning of my appointment, I received a welcome text asking which beverage I would like upon arrival. When I walked in, the friendly office staff greeted me with that exact drink. I couldn’t tell whether I was heading to a five-star hotel on vacation or a medical appointment—that’s how elevated and thoughtful the service was. Every detail, from the calming music to the attentive atmosphere, helps put you at ease, especially if you’re someone who gets nervous about needles (me). Brittony provided a holistic, individualized treatment plan tailored to my features and anatomy. I received three different treatments: Dysport, Restylane Kysse, and Sculptra for an added collagen boost. As someone with South Asian facial structure, it is so important to choose a provider who truly understands detailed facial anatomy—even for treatments as common as neurotoxins. I’ve had difficult experiences at other practices where injectors were still trying to figure out my anatomy, leaving me with spocked or worse- dropped eyebrows (those outcomes are frustrating because nothing can be done until the product wears off.) With Brittony, this was the first time I was treated by a new injector and still achieved a completely natural result after my very first Dysport session. She absolutely nailed it. Tanner skin tones with more melanin, like my Indian complexion, can be more prone to hyperpigmentation. I was especially impressed with how intentionally Brittony approached my treatment to support skin clarity. I’m also happy to see real improvement in former acne scarring and smoother, clearer skin (thank you Sculptra!). I even walked outside yesterday with no makeup on (who am I?!) I'm loving the results from my treatment. It’s giving truly glowing skin and elevated artistry. As someone who trains injectors professionally, Brittony is an expert in her field. She is knowledgeable, intentional, and genuinely caring. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. If you’re considering aesthetic treatment, RUN—don’t walk—to Fulcrum Aesthetics.
