I recently had upper, lower blepharoplasty and a brow lift performed by Dr. Horn. I couldn't have made a better decision than selecting him for this surgery. I had THE BEST experience with Dr. Horn and the Med Spa staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Diane took the time to explain the Morpheus8 treatment in great detail. She did a fantastic job. Just one week later and I am already seeing the results! My skin looks clear and my fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging jowl areas are disappearing. I cannot wait to see the final results. Botox done easy! In all seriousness, I was super nervous to get Botox, but Dr. Michael Horn's office team made it a dream-experience. Anna did my injections and I will definitely be back. Not only did she explain the whole process in depth and answered my dozens of questions, but she was so nice and informative while she did it. I felt so comfortable! I’ve had a good experience and everyone has been kind ✨ OR and procedure area is clean and office is accommodating (I’m a former OR nurse). Anesthesia was professional and checked all my safety boxes. My nurses are always sweet 🩷 Dr. Horn has been accommodating with my surgeries and patient with my follow ups to ensure that I heal well.
