Booked this appointment after getting my eyebrows micro bladed here previously. Unfortunately even though I explained I was booking with who I believed to be the same person, when I got to the appointment I found out the person who had done my brows previously had left and “sold” her client list to this woman. The woman acted surprised even though I had been clear I wanted them done by the same person. I went along with it and she was very resistant to listening to the shape I wanted. After first appointment the work was barely noticeable but honestly was relieved because the two sides didn’t match. It was so hard to book a second appointment (something she complained about another client being very busy and hard to schedule apparently not realizing it was because her schedule is extremely hard to work with). Finally just gave up going back. Basically paid $500 for nothing.

Super talented and skilled artist. Extremely responsive and professional. I couldn't be happier with the work she has done on me. Would highly recommend her services to anyone. She really is the best.

Jen is very professional and timely. When your appointment is booked she follows the time scheduled. She is very nice, personable, and funny. She tells you what she will do then as she’s doing it she walks you through what she is doing next. If your nervous like I was she will make that go away. She is open to your opinion on how you want your eyebrows but she also gives her professional opinion as to not have you walking out of there with weird eyebrows. I recommended my neighbor who has has the same present experience as myself.

I don’t know where to start, Jen is amazing! Her studio is warm, cozy, and beyond clean. I am starting a removal process from a tattoo I had done about 18 years ago. The process was clearly explained and the process itself was seamless. I know this will be a bit of a process but so happy I am doing it with Jen. Will update before and after photos when the process is over.
