Will not go there again . Be careful I went for a 1 hour combo massage ( $45) I added a $15 tip . When I checked my bank account I was charged $30 xtra $90 . I called as soon as I saw the error . She told me stop in and she will credit my card . So I did . While there they scrambled around looking at schedule , receipts etc then told me I got a 90 min massage??!! No I got an hour massage I distinctly remember checking my clock upon finishing . Look it’s only $30 however it’s like they were doing the “ our word against yours “ thing . I mean I went in soent the xtra time and know I was right . I’m not gonna fight $30 however . I will never go back . They are grifters and if my xtra $30 makes them happy so be it

I’ve been coming here for years and have always been happy up until this past Sunday. I had a 9pm appointment. I arrived no problem, now I must of had a new person because the experience I had was horrible! First she brought back damn near boiling water to soak my feet in. I told her it was too hot. She fixed the problem ok then while massaging me her phone is vibrating and she’s on it texting whoever back while half rubbing my neck and feet. I still tried to give the benefit of doubt and when she brought the hot stones I’m like excuse me are you even going to massage me? Because if you come here often you know that when the hot stones are being brought out it’s cuz they’re more than half way done and I had not gotten no sort of head, face l, shoulders or neck massage. She then proceeded to massage me I guess and she started shoving her damn elbows all over my back it was extremely painful and then she jammed her fingers on my temples and I had to stop her and tell her I was done I wanted to leave. I am a deep tissue massage girly and I love the pressure but this here was pure torture and she was amateur for sure. If you guys can’t provide the proper services then don’t let people book near closing time. I would’ve rather had came in the next day then to have had just anyone thrown at me. I will never come back after going there for over 6 years.

Really great experience at Happy Feet & Spa. The place is clean, calm, and super relaxing. I went in with back pain and left feeling so much better. The massage was the perfect mix of therapeutic and relaxing — not too rough, not too light. Staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Definitely coming back!

I was referred by a friend and didn’t know what to expect because of the price. I didn’t need an appointment. I was able to just walk in. That had me concerned. This is a hidden gem. In my opinion this place should be packed. I’ll be back again. I can honestly say this was the best massage I’ve ever had.

Horrible experience today at this location. It is usually great, but not today. I requested a one-hour massage. The service ended up being less than 45 minutes, yet I was charged $38. I arrived at 2:05 PM and was made to wait about 10 minutes for the therapist. The massage did not start until 2:15 PM and I was already paying by 2:50 PM. If they were unable to provide a full hour—or even the 45 minutes I was charged for—they should have clearly communicated that upfront. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and very disappointing.
