This was an absolute incredible once in a lifetime experience. We got a different type of herbal scalp therapy experience and we were completely blown away. First off the staff was extremely kind and generous as they prepared us for the service. It was a very relaxing experience, and I nearly fell asleep during my time there. They washed my hair and blow dry us as well. I will definitely be back sometime soon!

This was my first massage experience and I was very well taken care of! My masseuse was mindful of pressure and frequently checked in, being astute to if any amount of pressure made me uncomfortable. The hot stones were lovely. I was also able to get a shared room with my friends which was very sweet. The person at the front desk was very sweet and helpful! I only docked one start because my masseuse was chewing on a candy and burped a couple of times, it didn’t bother me much as he was a sweet older man, but thought I’d note it for other potential customers!

By far one of my absolute favorite places! Too bad they are situated in Chicago and i live in Florida, but oh my, let me tell you- this girls working here they truly make sure you feel relaxed! Their fingers on my scalp felt like cats paws, so soft , gebtle and relaxing, i didn’t even feel how time went ! And the highlight is their herbal baths for your scalp ! 😍 Most places use some store bought stuffs that not always have only good ingredients, they use herbal baths for the hair and scalp yhat they make in the house !! Totally recommend! Very friendly as well! If you in the area do yourself a favore and check them aut ! Today, August 6th, is my birthday, and I'm thrilled to be 35... for the tenth year in a row! 🎉 My day began with a massage where I met Nancy. At first, she was very welcoming and pleasant. I had requested a female masseuse, but the one who arrived seemed somewhat tired. I was surprised to learn that the massage would be done with my clothes on, as I'm used to wearing either a thong or boy shorts during a massage for an hour and 30 minutes.Perhaps i should have gotten the hair wash rather than a body massage. When writing a review, I strive to be objective. Factors such as ethnicity, sexual preference, culture, or sexual orientation do not matter; what truly matters is whether excellent service is being provided. Dealing effectively with the public requires good communication, and having a translator available is essential. Poor communication can lead to barriers and conflicts. I think the place looks fairly clean and the ambience was very welcoming. However, based on my experience here, I would rate the massage a five out of ten. There were several hygiene issues, such as putting a pillow on the floor and then providing it for me to rest my head on. The clothing handed to me had an old odor, and the room also smelled musty. I didn’t like that the masseuse was applying cream from her arm onto my skin. Additionally, she left the room for about four minutes to dispose of water, which cut into my massage time. The lighting in the room was initially too bright until I requested it is dimmed. I also noted that the masseuse frowned when she saw that my legs were swollen. Furthermore, both Nancy and the masseuse could improve their communication and customer service. I have had many massages and know what quality should be. Although the ambiance was welcoming, overall, I would not return to this establishment because the quality of customer service and the massage did not meet my expectations. After completing my review, I received a call from Nancy, who apologized for the service and offered me a complimentary one-hour head spa, which was very professional of her. Thank you for that, Nancy. However, my experience remains valid.

I had been wanting to try a head spa experience for quite some time but had never pulled the trigger due to the cost and hearing some of my friends say they had done it but didn't understand the hype. I finally booked it at TouYuanTang Spa and can say with certainty it was absolutely worth it and I can't believe I waited so long. The treatment itself was so relaxing and such a calming experience had it been 30 more minute I definitely would've fallen asleep. My hair was so soft following the treatment and all of the products used during the treatment smelled so good. I will absolutely be back in the future.
