Paid in advance and tipped. The owner rushed my service and then tried to add another massage therapist to quickly finish. I paid for 1 hr and received 50 mins. Then they talked entire time during service and sent text messages and answered calls to get other appointments. Owner kept apologizing and then gave me a 5.00 referral discount card. I am NOT REFERRING THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

I just visited Oriental Traditional Med on 79th & 16th in Chicago, and I had an amazing experience with Apple. I came in with really bad neck and trap pain, and I asked her to focus on that area. Not only did she listen, but she gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. She took her time, worked out all the tension in my upper back, and still managed to give me a full body massage within the hour. She checked in to make sure the pressure was right, and her technique was incredible — you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and with so much relief. Apple was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me feel better. Highly recommended. I will definitely be back and will be asking for Apple again!

Jenny was amazing she did a very good job. She really broke up the knots in my back good. I highly recommend and will be coming back for sure.Plus it’s really close to my work just down the street and they are very experienced. I feel so revived after the massage because I was in a lot of pain. They are amazing!!

i think we all appreciate a good massage and at Oriental Traditional, I heard cracking in parts of my back that I didn’t even know I had. It brought me so much relief. Also, I instantly felt relief as they worked through certain knots and pressure points throughout my entire body. I remember feeling more relief than I’ve felt at other places and I’m not sure if that’s the technique or the pressure working, but it worked. Apple, thank you for your service! Lastly, when I visited, the space was easy to find and it was clean and quiet. Most, if not all of the parking was paid street parking. The staff is friendly and they end your massage with a free water bottle, which is appreciated. Also, after visiting various spas throughout the city, I found the pricing here to be more reasonable than most places, especially for how effective they are.
