Royal was so thoughtful and kind, listened to all my concerns, and made the experience not just a physical release but a mental one as well. Had the pleasure of getting a quick CBD massage here on my business trip and it was amazing. I wish I had more time to have a longer session. The therapist was very skilled and kind. This is a black owned business I would highly recommend!

I spent 60 minutes with Tangela. She was really kind. She asked me questions to know more about how I'm using my body and check my mobility before starting the massage. She knew how to adapt to my specific needs. I feel so much better now, even if I didn't know that I needed it! Calm and quiet atmosphere. The place is really clean. I highly recommend you book an appointment at LillieAnn's. You will feel the difference!

Update: the owner reached out to me and made an attempt to rectify things. For that level of professionalism, I’m moving my review back up to five stars because this really is an amazing place. However Hilde needs to really be careful with her force my shoulder does not feel right since being here. Once I have time to have it checked out further, but completely insane I have to make a doctors appt after coming here with Hilde. I’ve learned a lesson to speak up with more force in the moment. I will never let it happen again. I’ve visited this massage studio twice, and my experiences were completely different. My first session with Alicia was fantastic—she was warm, attentive, and proactive about communication, constantly checking in about pressure and comfort. My second visit with Hilde, however, felt far less professional. She didn’t check in about pressure until I mentioned sensitivity in my legs, at which point she responded with a quick, “Just let me know,” but offered no proactive guidance beforehand. Her approach felt abrupt at times, like when she pulled the pillow from under my feet without saying anything, which came across as dismissive rather than considerate. While I initially felt okay after the massage—just slightly sore—I’m now dealing with lingering pain in my right shoulder over a week later, to the point where I’m considering seeing a doctor. Because my first visit was so positive, I know this isn’t the standard for the studio. However, based on this experience, I wouldn’t book with Hilde again.
