I booked an appointment here and had a really good experience! The staff were welcoming and made sure everything was well-prepared for me. They provided all the essentials you might need both before and after the appointment, which made the whole process very comfortable. After my massage, they even served me tea, which was such a thoughtful and relaxing touch. Overall, the atmosphere was calming, the service was professional, and I left feeling refreshed and cared for.

We booked for Valentines pretty early. It was an amazing package; 90min couple massage, then you have a 30min break in the Sanctuary private lounge for a light snack and tea and after that the wellness lounge day pass of the touchless wellness therapies. They also had tea for us and options! They had great amenities in the Men’s lounge, a little small, but quaint. They had the option of waterfall shower and a hand held, which was great touch. The women’s lounge was nice with great lighting. The waterfall shower had amazing water pressure and a nice little day bed with privacy curtains. The massage was relaxing. We added the aroma therapy - we inhaled deeply twice at the beginning and massage began- fell asleep it was amazing and relaxing! My partner got a deeper massage for his tension, they made sure to show focus we asked. The lounge was also very private and they added our names, which was SO cute and felt personal. The tea was amazing as was the fruit, we got little valentines cup cakes! Everything about this experience and the people was amazing, restful and peaceful! 10/10 would recommend and on our list to return to!

absolutely divine experience here at Spaspace Chicago. We came from out of town for my moms birthday and I wanted to gift her a massage. the process was easy and everything was easy to schedule. My mom absolutely loved her massage. She said it was one of the best she's had. I forgot the masseuse's name, but she made my mom feel very comfortable and extremely relaxed after her deep tissue massage. The workers at the front desk are what made the whole thing so amazing. I forgot her name, but the front desk gals are THE BEST. they are hilarious and my wife and I had a blast talking with them while my mom was finishing her massage. They are beyond friendly and made us feel welcomed. The location is quaint, and the all of their services sound worthwhile. From the red light, saunas, pedis/manis, massages and much more, if we had the time to partake in all of the services we would have. Their prices are very reasonable to for the quality of care you are getting. I highly recommend SpaSpace Chicago for your next self care day!

Truly had an amazing experience here. Felt welcomed from the moment I picked up the phone and booked the appointment. Booked a massage and facial for both myself and my mom and apparently there *almost* a snafu with scheduling however the manager stepped up and fixed the issue before I even fully grasped something had gone off rail. Everyone was beyond accompanying and kind and we just had a spectacular day. Services were great, everything was clean and professional. 10/10

Girls weekend we made a day trip here. We came and did the infrared sauna. It was lovely. I had an amazing massage by Isaac. Bbh it was probably one of the best if not THE best massage I've ever had. Will def return!
