I spent my birthday yesterday at H2O House/The One. I got the one hour hydration package and it was genuinely one of the best services i’ve ever had. The staff was also so friendly and took such good care of me. The place itself is also beautiful, so cleanly, and peaceful. You can tell that they take a lot of pride in what they do and that showed through in the results of my hair afterwards. I’ve never seen it so lustrous, shiny, or soft. This is absolutely something that everyone should incorporate in their routine. I will 1000% be back for this same service time and time again.

My husband and I came for the Ginger Qi treatment. We chose to add on the special which was a full body massage each. Let me tell ya- I love this place. Beautiful ambiance, exceptional/caring service by everyone, and Mei Mei and Sunny were incredible. They were so kind, professional and efficient. I loved the elements of the treatment from start to finish- the sandals, learning about our scalps, the warm blankets, soft lights, soothing music, aromatherapy, and singing bowl to start the treatment. And then the treatment itself was incredible- so many elements from hand masks to foot baths, to steam, to massages. Afterwards they brought us upstairs to loose leaf tea, yummy snacks, and the manager carefully and kindly blow dried our hair and showed us how clean our scalps now were. We will be back. Thank you!

We were warmly greeted and seen out by Sarah, who was so polite and helpful. My friend and I booked the 90-minute custom head spa treatment, and my therapist was Chloe. This experience was truly 10/10! I loved being able to choose my own aromatherapy—it was such a thoughtful touch. The treatment itself was extremely relaxing yet thorough, with perfect pressure on both my scalp and body. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and absolutely can’t wait to come back! We also received a full blowout to dry our hair afterward, which was the perfect finishing touch and made the entire experience even more amazing.

Absolutely loved my experience here. The spa is calm and smells amazing. My therapist(her name is Sunny) was attentive, checked pressure often and focused exactly where I needed. I left lighter body, relaxed, and pain-free. Easy booking, fair pricing and Highly recommend! 🫶🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 will be back!

My daughter lives in Chicago and we did this together on a Saturday. It was such a unique and relaxing experience. It was way more than I was expecting. Couldn’t recommend enough, we’ll be back for sure. We both got the 90 minute scalp (which is really closer to 120 with the blow dry) - which also includes almost a full massage. Kudos to Grace and Shirley who made us feel so pampered.
