The customer service was excellent! Ashley was a great help, she gave me all the information up front and we were able to pick the schedule and payment that was right for me. They do offer a 50% military non-compliant tattoo removal discount which I am taking full advantage of while enlisting in the marines. Highly recommend!

I recently switched to the Orland Park location after moving and was a bit nervous about having a new technician. However, Mariah has been nothing but amazing. She is extremely gentle throughout the process, which can be uncomfortable at times, but she always checks in and makes sure I’m okay. She also takes the time to explain everything in detail during each session, which really puts me at ease. I knew from the beginning that this would be a long journey, but I couldn’t be happier with my choice to come here—and especially with having Mariah as my technician.

Randomly booked an appointment, same day-just to get more information and knowledge on tattoo removals. I was very pleased with this place, I was taken to the consultation room with Ashley and she provided me with all the necessary information and steps to getting a tattoo removed. Super friendly, sweet, and highly supportive staff here. I'm so glad I decided to come in and start this process. I was able to start the same day and could see results just from the first session on one of my lighter tattoos getting remove. Looking forward to this. Where do I even start? You will never regret going to Remove Laser! From their amazing staff to their outstanding customer service, everything about this location is simply excellent. I’ve been seeing Mariah, and she’s an absolute gem! She truly cares about her clients, takes her time to explain every step in detail, and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire process. I really appreciate how attentive and thorough she is. Let’s not forget Ashley, who’s always so kind and welcoming whenever I come in for my appointments. She genuinely cares about how everything went and makes sure you’re satisfied before you leave. Honestly, I can’t recommend this place enough. Staff is very professional! Love coming to my sessions and talking to staff. Highly recommend 👌🏻 can't wait to be completely done and see my final results. Yet a bummer that I won't get to enjoy the conversations with the staff. Always making me feel welcomed and safe.
