I’ve struggled with vitiligo for years and didn’t think anything could help. After working with Dariana and Olivia, the difference is remarkable. I feel like a weight has been lifted. These girls are compassionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled.

The most awful experience I ever had. At first I filled out an appointment online for a consultation and never received a call for weeks. Then weeks later when they finally reached out and they went over a treatment plan and pricing. We scheduled an appointment for that Saturday. I live very far away from this location but was willing to make the trip because I was so excited about this service. I confirmed a time and appointment date and price with the owner Dariana on the phone. Then day of appointment I drove two hours to get there, took another 20 minutes to park and I paid a large amount of money to park and walk half a mile to the location. Once in the lobby it was noon and I called the owner for her room number because I did not know what floor she was on. When I called I told her I was there for my noon appointment and asked what the room number was. She gave me the room number and said "I'll see you soon". I got to the room that was a shared space with a nail tech. So I waited there on a chair until 1pm very anxious and unaware of the huge delay. Then finally after 1pm the owner who I spoke with at noon called me and said she never had my appointment down and I had to come back another time. THE MOST OUTRAGEOUS THING I EVER EXPERIENCED. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AWFUL OWNER. NO APOLOGY FROM HER AND SO MUCH MONEY AND TIME WASTED.

Olivia is really personable, kind and considerate. She was very optimistic and realistic regarding my goals and resolving my hyperpigmentation concerns. I experienced great results and would highly recommend.
