Absolutely loving my results!🫶🏼 My main concern was facial symmetry & balance. My sister and I visited this clinic together for lip filler with Jane, and both of us had disappointing experiences. Booking with Virginia was difficult, so we scheduled our appointment with Jane. Jane recommended dissolving my previous filler (which cost $300) and after two weeks injected one syringe for $600. After healing, my lips were left in worse condition than before dissolving the filler, with unevenness, hard lumps, and an unnatural shape. The filler appeared poorly integrated. I returned to the clinic for a follow-up appointment to address these issues. During this visit, Jane stated that the hard lumps and unevenness were likely due to dissolving the previous filler, which had been her recommendation. My sister, who had never had lip filler before, was also injected by Jane and experienced similar issues, including hard, lumpy texture and an unnatural appearance. After the follow-up, the upper lip continued to have hard areas and an unnatural appearance and I experienced shooting pain radiating toward my right eye, which was alarming. A separate physician later confirmed filler migration. I live four hours away, and each visit costs approximately $260 in travel expenses. I made four separate trips for this treatment and follow-up, in addition to the $300 dissolving fee and $600 for one syringe, to end up with the worst lip filler I ever had. Because I live 4 hours away, I reached out privately and respectfully to Virginia since she seems to have a leadership role there and more experience to ask for guidance and help. Instead of addressing me directly, my message was relayed to Jane, and no follow-up, explanation, or resolution was provided from both of them. I knew this because Jane unfollowed me and my sister on social media. I find this handling of a patient concern unprofessional and dismissive (both Virginia and Jane), especially for a clinic providing medical aesthetic procedures. Based on my experience, I would not trust this clinic.

I absolutely love my results! Virginia did an amazing job with my lips and Botox — everything looks so natural and perfectly balanced. She’s super professional, gentle, and really listens to what you want. I felt completely comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful, natural work!

I have been going here for a few years and had my last few appointments with Jane. She is the absolute best, so sweet and so talented! She has such a calming energy while doing the procedures and really makes sure you feel taken care of. Go see Jane for any of your aesthetic needs!
