Ive been lifting my whole life in the gym! And continue to hit my goals! But heavy training & playing football comes with a price, degenerative joint pain has been something I constantly manage. I was recommended to try Endospheres Therapy for lymphatic drainage, and it has absolutely hit the mark. This isn’t your typical lymphatic massage. The device works in a completely different way, and I could feel it relieving built-up tension in my muscles and taking pressure off my joints almost immediately. I’ve been doing Endosphéres Therapy for lymphatic drainage twice a week for 6 weeks, and adding the infrared sauna on my off days, and the difference has been incredible. I feel noticeably lighter and less heavy overall, especially in my legs. My inflammation has gone down, I recover much quicker after workouts, and even my clothes are fitting better. I love GOAT! I try to come here as often as possible for their infrared sauna. It’s probably the highest quality sauna around downtown Chicago (I’ve tried a couple others). Lindsey is so nice and welcoming and the new location has amazing vibes! 10/10
