It was an amazing experience again at the Roscoe Village SkinQ. I wonderful facial by Madison, who has magic hands and makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. From the warm table and genuine kindness and thoughtfulness, to the impressive knowledge and explanations, everything that Madison did was absolutely fabulous. Highly highly recommend! I had such a great experience with Kayla. She’s incredibly knowledgeable but also so gentle, which I really appreciated. I was worried about the pores on my nose, and she handled everything with care while giving me really helpful, realistic recommendations. I never felt rushed or judged, just taken care of. Wow -- what a terrific experience! Madison was enthusiastic, professional, and knowledgable. She invited me to choose the music and checked in with me each step of the way to ensure I was having the experience I wanted. She did a great job assessing my needs and suggested something I had never tried before, an LED treatment, at no added cost. She was low pressure and didn't try to sell me on additional products, although she did offer them and explain what they might do for me. This winter weather has done a number on my skin, and Madison suggested an and, the next morning, it feels entirely different, hydrated and soft, with no more flakes and dryness. I will go back again.
