IVita Wellness + Aesthetics (IV Therapy, Botox, Filler, PRP, Semaglutide, Permanent Makeup, Microneedling)

First, I’ll start by saying I’m in my mid-40s (I know… I know… why did I wait so long to realize what I was missing?!). Another big bonus is that the spa is only about five minutes from my home, which makes it incredibly convenient! The spa itself was very clean, welcoming, and professional. A good friend recommended Nurse Robert, and since this was my first time, I was definitely nervous and a little skeptical. I kept thinking I might end up looking like a completely different person. However, Nurse Robert took the time to thoroughly explain the differences between tox and fillers and the benefits of each. He made me feel completely comfortable and was incredibly gentle during the process. He also shared information about the different treatments the spa offers, which I really appreciated. We decided to start small and focus on my forehead lines and crow’s feet. It’s only been a couple of weeks, and I am absolutely in love with my results! I’ll actually be returning this weekend for updated photos and might even get a little more tox while I’m there. I will definitely be a returning client!

I made an appointment at I-Vita Wellness & Aesthetics and was required to put down a credit card deposit to secure my visit. I drove over 45 minutes for this appointment, only to be handed additional paperwork when I arrived that had never been mentioned beforehand. I was asked to provide my ethnicity and a copy of my driver’s license before they would see me. None of this was discussed when I booked the appointment. Had I known in advance that this information would be required, I could have made an informed decision before making the drive. When I questioned why my race was necessary for what was supposed to be a simple facial — not surgery — I was told they “needed to know my race to determine my skin type.” That explanation did not sit well with me. Skin type can be evaluated professionally without reducing it to race. Because I was uncomfortable with the additional undisclosed requirements, I chose to walk out. Transparency matters. If certain documents or demographic information are mandatory, that should be clearly communicated before taking a deposit and having clients travel significant distances. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed and frustrated.

IVita has truly become my second home! Every single person there is so kind, welcoming, and genuine. A friend referred me to Kayla, and she’s been incredible ever since. She’s not only so easy to talk to, but also extremely knowledgeable—she takes the time to explain everything and always makes sure I feel my best. I was also lucky enough to meet Aruba, who is seriously amazing at what she does. My brows/lashes and skin have never looked better! She’s incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and such a fun, positive person to be around. I always look forward to my next appointment with her—she gives me the best tips for achieving my healthiest skin and being my best self. The entire atmosphere at IVita is warm, uplifting, and professional. You can tell everyone there truly loves what they do. I can’t recommend this place enough—thank you to the whole team for making every visit such a great experience!

I had an amazing experience at Ivita Wellness! Kayla Barango, the owner, is one of the kindest and most knowledgeable professionals I’ve ever met. She made me feel completely comfortable throughout my treatment, and her expertise really shows in the results. Aruba was amazing! She took her time and I’ve never had my eyebrows so clean. She threaded them and measured to ensure they were even and perfectly full. I would 100% recommend her! My new favorite place.
