Great new iCRYO location! Super clean with brand-new equipment. The staff is very friendly, caring, and make you feel welcome. The only suggestion is it would’ve been nice if they offered founding rates for at least a few months.

Love this place. I have done most everything here and it’s all helpful and good. Best part? The people that work there. Everyone that I’ve interacted with is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and fun, which makes it an even better experience. Great addition to the neighborhood.

I was member here for a while. The services were decent for a while, but after a while they felt lackluster. It almost felt like an empty shell of a place that provides services, similar to Planet Fitness. Staff felt fake most of the time, like too much. It certainly was not a luxury experience. I wish I had saved my money and gone to Restore or SWTHZ..

Got a day pass so I had to stop by and see what this was all about. Helena took care of us and was so friendly and professional! She explained everything and made sure the entire experience from start to finish was a good one. Would definitely come back!
