Clean Your Dirty Face

Nicole is horrible. Went there for a facial and she said her chair was broken so be careful. I asked if we were going to move, she said no just be careful in the chair?! So, I asked again, since the service takes place in the chair…and we don’t need to fall, right?! Then, she says I see you have “xyz” listed on your form (like dry, oily, etc.) would you like to tell me more about this? So, I asked what specifically do you need me to tell you, like length of time, current products, etc. She says do you want me to do your facial? I don’t want to do your service. Cancels the appt on the spot. Everyone else is booked. Some times you get what you paid for…sometimes you get Nicole at the South Loop location. 🥴

I had an appointment at 5pm and received a phone call at 5:01 telling me they have a 5min grace period and that they would need to reschedule me. Told her I was in a cab on my way there and I would be there before 5:05. I got there at 5:03 for them to tell me that they still need to reschedule me after I specifically said that I didn’t live here. I was then told the washing machine “just broke down.” First it was the 5min grace period excuse and now it was the washing machine but they were able to reschedule me for 7pm that same day? With a broken washing machine, would you not close for the rest of the day? As a facial place wouldn’t you have extra towels on hand? Somethings not adding up here, all I know is that if I ever return to Chicago, I would not be visiting this establishment. Kept stressing that they’ll refund me my money like they’re doing me a favor. And then to wish me a great day meanwhile you just wasted my time? Cut the pleasantries when you obviously don’t respect other people’s time.

Nicole is such a doll!! I like how she gave me a facial and broke down step by step what she was doing and what products she was using. I loved this experience I even purchased the membership :) hope to always see her

I like the service. My only complaint is, do not sign up for the monthly membership. I had a membership for over a year. I had to cancel because my work schedule changed which conflicted with my requested service provider (Nylle). I cancelled my membership but was given 1month to use my existing credits. Of course, I lost the credits. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE MEMBERSHIP! There should be a least 6 months to use credits, after all, I did pay for them.
