Clean Your Dirty Face

Great facial! I fully paid for the facial that comes with the face oil but I was only told that they were OUT OF STOCK after my appointment. It's been over a month and they still haven't gotten back to me about the face oil I've paid for but didn't get.

I recently visited the Clean Your Dirty Face location in Hinsdale/Westmont, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I was expecting a high-end facial service, but the setup was far from what I imagined. The space was just an open area with three beds that weren’t reclined or comfortable, which made the whole process feel unprofessional and uncomfortable. I know they currently run deals for facials at $35, but honestly, I would recommend spending more at a better-quality place. It’s not worth saving a few dollars if the experience leaves you dissatisfied. I’ve definitely learned my lesson—not every offer is worth taking.

The facial itself was fine, but I had major issues with the pricing and overall value. As a first-time visitor, I didn’t realize the appointment was only 30 minutes. We added enhancements, which were all rushed through within that same time with no extension. At checkout, the front desk said we received a discount, but later I noticed only the base facial was discounted. The enhancements were double charged due to how the tipping system was used. I didn’t catch it at the moment because we were doing multiple transactions. $160 plus tip per facial for a rushed 30-minute facial felt very overpriced. I’d recommend saving your money and going somewhere like Face Foundrié or a similar spa for a longer, higher-quality facial at a lower price.

I had such a great experience at the Lincoln Park Clean Your Dirty Face location thanks to the amazing front desk staff! I had originally booked my appointment at the Wicker Park location but accidentally went to Lincoln Park instead. The front desk worker was incredibly helpful, kind, and completely non-judgmental about the mix-up. They went above and beyond to help me sort everything out and even assisted with rebooking my appointment at the correct location. The customer service was truly top-notch — and it reminded me why I love Clean Your Dirty Face so much in the first place. The facials are always amazing, and I leave every time feeling refreshed, glowing, and cared for. It’s my favorite place to go for skincare because the experience is consistently professional, friendly, and effective. Thank you again for making me feel so valued as a customer! After this experience, I’d love to make the Lincoln Park location my new go-to!
