Kristen is honestly one of the best estheticians I’ve ever worked with. From the first appointment, she made me feel comfortable, heard, and actually cared about my skin goals instead of pushing random treatments. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and explains everything in a way that makes you trust the process. My skin has never looked better or felt healthier. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in her work.

BOOK WITH KRISTEN!!!! She’s so gentle, friendly, professional and knowledgeable about all skin types! She had amazing recommendations for some of my skin issues and gave me step by step instructions on how to treat it. She was very thorough during my appointment and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my results. Besides all that, she’s just a ray of sunshine and the cutest cutie patootie everrrrrr!! 10/10!

The facial I had with Carolina was the best I’ve ever had! The massage was fantastic and the recliners were so comfortable. Also I loved the balance between chatting and relaxation. Unlike other places, there were product suggestions but it didn’t feel like sales were being pushed. Finally, the music and the overall ambiance was youthful and lush. Would definitely go back!

Britta was AMAZING and she understood the assignment. She was calming and reassuring and professional. She was polite and caring and I love her. I have been getting facials for over 20 years and she is my top 3. Not to mention her heavy hands are magical and feels so good… I can’t want to see her next month!

I’ve been going here since it opened about 2 years ago. Have been to several aestheticians a tried most of the supplemental treatments. They do a good job of offering but not pushing the optional add ons. Really like Cat, but my schedule hasn’t aligned with hers lately. Last time I had Kristen, who is a gem too! (Don’t go to her, lol. I want to keep her to myself.) Both women have tremendous skill and knowledge and have advised me perfectly. If I need to adjust my schedule, the front desk people are always helpful and accommodating. Heyday does have a weird tipping system though—you pay a fee per month as a member, which entitles you to one facial. It’s a small discount from what the non-member price is. But the real reason to be a member is the half price discounts on the add-ons. But then the automatic tip always comes up for the full non-member price. For me, that is often >$100 difference. I think that’s not ok. It’s like going to restaurant week and expecting the customer to pay a tip on the regular price. I worked in service industry for 8 years. I get why people want to maximize tips, but I also think 25% on the price that I paid is reasonable. I wish they would change the guilt trip tipping policy. As a chain, they have worked out the business model, and this practice is manipulative IMO.
