I have a very intense workout regimen; my muscles get very tight and sore, allowing little movement at times. I also have scoliosis. I go to RCR for my weekly treatments to prevent injury and stay healthy. After my treatments, I feel wonderful, relaxed and like a new person; my range of motion is immediately better and I don't feel as sore. My 8 year old son, who plays travel baseball year round, gets treated at RCR too. It's important to treat kids at a young age to prevent injuries and illness. I highly recommend Reflexollogy Miami for the entire family. If you have an injury, they will fix you right up. Be proactive and schedule your treatments to prevent injuries as well.
