I had the most incredible, relaxing facial with Natalie. From the moment I walked in, her space felt so peaceful and grounding, and it immediately put me at ease. I was so impressed by the calming atmosphere she’s created. Natalie was incredibly knowledgeable about all things skin and skincare, and every part of the facial felt thoughtful and intentional. I especially appreciated how she checked in throughout to see how I was feeling- it made the whole experience feel really warm and personalized. I left with the most glowing skin and feeling so deeply relaxed. I truly couldn’t recommend her more.

Zydrate Skin by Natalie has to be one of the best in the city! She is so kind, educates you on what your skin needs, and gives a heavenly massage. I was also so happy with how many wonderful treatments I received during my facial. It was also a very calming, clean and relaxing environment. My skin seriously looks amazing already and I felt less puffy afterward. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in her craft and truly cares about her clients. Thanks Natalie.. Natalie gave me absolutely the best lash lift I’ve ever had back in July 2025. I came across her studio from Groupon while visiting in Chicago and wish I could go back!
