Perfect Teeth Dental - Central

I can honestly say this was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease. The hygienist Susan was so gentle and explained each step as she went, she is the best, and Dr.Choi really took the time to listen and answer my questions without rushing. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients, not just their teeth. I left feeling comfortable, cared for, and smiling a little brighter.

I’ve been coming to this location for a very long time. I always enjoy my experience during the appointment. However, for this visit, I had previously scheduled my appointment for January 2. I got a text message a few weeks prior that just canceled my appointment, no explanation given. When I called to reschedule, I found out that it was canceled because the office was closed that day. I feel like that is lack of good customer service. If the office decides to close on the day someone has previously scheduled an appointment, the office should call and let the client know why the reschedule is needed, and not just cancel it with no explanation. Just wanted to let you guys know that for future reference. My opinion is that it is very unprofessional and it surprised me when that happened after visiting your location without any negative experiences.

GRiN Pediatric Dentistry was so welcoming and made my child feel completely comfortable. A huge thank you to Brianne for going above and beyond—she was kind, gentle, and truly amazing with my child. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend them!

The dentist was nice but they never cleaned my teeth. I went in for a routine cleaning on my new insurance in my new neighborhood. I went in the doctor said my teeth looked good and then the hygienist said my gums were so terrible it would cost me $3000 to get my gums sorted out. I told them "no, thank you" and left. I went to my original dentist in my old neighborhood and had no issues whatsoever with my gums... I would not suggest going there.

When they gave me temporary crown, the dentist spent the entire time telling me it shouldn't hurt when it did and acting like I was making a big deal out of things. He also called me "sweetheart" and "good girl" during the procedure, which made me incredibly uncomfortable. After, they gave me a number to call in case it came off outside of business hours. When it came off less than 24 hours later, I called the number and reached the dentist, who just sent me back to the main number. I've never felt so uncomfortable around a male dentist before. It was specifically him, too—he had a male assistant who made sure to help me apply lip balm because the dentist held my mouth open so long it dried out, and was the one who actually placed my permanent crown. They also messed up with my billing, telling me I didn't need to pay when I did, so I had to come in again just to pay. They also demanded I get my old office to send them my old x-rays—in actuality, they could've just taken new ones since I hadn't gotten any x-rays that year yet, but somehow they didn't know that. I checked their good reviews and saw the dentist everyone praised had retired and they hired a lot of new people. Since, I switched to an all-female office (who also had to remove some of the cement this office had failed to clean off.) This office has continued to send me constant "urgent" junk mail trying to get me to come back. When I called to ask them to stop, they told me there was nothing they could do. It's been over a year since the procedure and they still won't take me off their mailing list. I've been hesitating to post this review in case it was somehow just me, but another one of my female friends visited this office recently and told me she had a similar experience, so I'm sharing this now. Hopefully this office has improved since then, but I had a bad enough experience here that I do not want to return to check and see.
