Perfect Teeth Dental - Speer

I just moved back to Denver and needed a dentist covered by my insurance. I was having some tooth pain with cold sensitivity and was concerned there was an issue with a prior filling. I’m so glad I found Perfect Teeth! They were able to get me in ASAP, and everyone was so friendly. I’m realizing now that I only got the doctor’s name and not the front desk person or the assistant (I’m so sorry for not asking you both)! They and Dr. Hobbs were fantastic and so kind! They discovered and solved my issue quickly. I can definitely say I found my new dentist! Thank you!!!!

Terrible experience, they sent me multiple confirmation emails for my appointment. When I showed up the door was locked and the office was closed. I called and was told the office manager would be there shortly. They never showed up. On top of that they have an unsafe environment outside. I was screamed at and called profanities on my into the office. This was a terrible experience. Still the phone operator stands by that I was ment to have my appointment, and they do not know why no employees were on site. I did not get even an apology for the inconvenience or error. When I said that this was not ok (as I am having an actual issue with my teeth and need to be seen) I was told that they do not see the issue! I will not be remaking my appointment at this office. After this experience I do not trust them to do high quality dental work.

I’ve come to this Perfect Teeth location 3 times and had mixed experiences. But this time was great, Hygienist Stephanie, and Dr. Matthew Hobbs really changed my opinion of this place. They worked together well as a team. Stephanie was quick but gentle when cleaning my teeth. Dr. Hobbs identified a cavity that I had been warned about for 2 years but he offered to fill it during the same teeth cleaning session. He also was quick but gentle while drilling and filling my tooth. He numbered the right place and they both communicated with me well and gave me opportunities to stop and communicate with them throughout the procedure. The whole process was complete in less than 90min! Kudos to Stephanie and Dr. Hobbs, I’ll keep coming back if I can get this team again!

I am so thankful to have found a very knowledgeable and professional team at Perfect Teeth. Dr. Hobbs is truly a dedicated professional who has superior knowledge and attention to detail that is hard to find. I have only had one other dentist who has shown such dedication to his profession. I highly recommend him for your next exam or procedure. Special thanks to Angela the office representative and Stephanie the dental assistant, really appreciate all the attention to detail from everyone in the office.

I scheduled an appointment via the call center. Told them I was in pain along with a dental cleaning. The day of my appt I get 2-3 calls confirming I would be there and when I showed up, the dentist assessed why I had dental pain but no cleaning was done. I thought perhaps there was a language barrier with the call center and that's why I wasn't scheduled for one, so I then go online and try to schedule an appointment for a Monday. The system is weird and I didn't get a confirmation email nor any call so I didn't think the appointment request went through. I call the next day to schedule, the office told me I had missed my appointment the day before but that they had a Saturday appointment they could scheduled me in. I schedule for that day and requested I get a reminder call or text which the woman told me I would. Saturday comes and I didn't get a call, so I call to check what time my appt was only for the office to tell me I wasn't on the schedule. The woman told me she was going to check the schedule for the next week and that she'd call me right back. After a few hours I didn't hear back so tried calling into the office but kept getting routed to their call center. Eventually I just talk to them only to be told the office was already closed. I asked if they could get the office manager to call me back when they reopen and the woman at the call center tells me she will email them asking them to do so. I don't hear back from either the manager nor about the schedule throughout the week, so I call again early Friday. I get the call center who tell me the office is closed but that they would have the manager call me on Monday. Needless to say, no call was received. At this point I'm not trying to get in anymore. I was fortunate enough to get into another clinic, who did the cleaning and addressed the additional causes of my ongoing pain/discomfort. If you can be seen, great - the dentist I did see was nice enough. I'm not sure if they issue is the call center, front desk staff at the office, or both. I didn't want to leave an online review, I actively tried share my feedback via phone call but doesn't seem like they care to return calls.
