Perfect Teeth Dental - Glendale

All staff was very nice and attended me promptly. The Hygenist was gentle and considerate of my preferences and the doctor was kind and seemed to have a lor experience and knowledge. This was my first tile at this location and I already liked it better than the location that is closikg on Fillmore Street.

Painful experience for no good reason. I scheduled an appointment for Monday, March 3rd at 9am, and the customer service rep booked me for March 9th at 11am without telling me. I showed up for my appointment on March 3rd and realized the error then. I booked with the Arapahoe office instead and called to cancel my appointment on March 9th with the Glendale office. The customer service rep seemed annoyed to talk to me and said they have no record of my appointment on March 9th. If you don't want customers, please just say that.

Super confusing scheduling system. I was scheduled for Monday 8:30 and got a call while I was working on Friday stating if I didn’t call back with my insurance info by 3:00 my appointment would be cancelled. Since I was working, I was unable to call. I was surprised on Monday morning to get a call requesting my insurance info and confirming my appointment when I had been told my appointment would be cancelled. Not sure why insurance info can’t just be processed in office.

My appointment was with the hygienist. She clearly explained what she was doing. She offered additional services with clear explanations but no pressure to accept them. I left feeling well cared for!

Excellant service, great front desk. Russo and Dr. K are the dynamic duo. Great team, kind and thoughtful. Because my crown was delayed they provided a floride treatment. Love that. Leo S.
