I am posting this review almost 3-4 years later so take this with a massive grain of salt. I got laser hair removal here and paid the lump sum upfront. During one session, they zapped my tattoo (it burnt and hurt a lot I had to avoid infections etc). During another session, they burned my cheeks and skin around my mouth. They provided a small cream for relief for burn marks that took 2-3 weeks to start to heal. After the two incidents (by different staff), they let one of them go and refunded my money. I was still allowed to complete out my course but my full body treatments would take 30 minutes total for the remainder of the time so it was a more of courtesy but not real treatment at that point. And needless to say, the hair removal did not yield any efficacious results whatsoever (I am mindful results vary person to person but people do notice some difference after 3-4 treatments at the very least). The reason I am posting this now is what I hadn’t realized was that my tattoo had been permanently defaced and my face permanently scarred which would stay with me for the rest of my life. It took several years, multiple providers and consultations for me to even start working on them. I do not want to write a review out of spite because I do feel like the staff was courteous. I do however think these are risky procedures and now that I am in the hands one someone who is informed and built trust with me over time, I am disappointed that they never attempted to remediate the permanent damage they did to my face. They did offer to pay for my tattoo repair, which I declined for personal reasons. My hope is their practice is better informed, more communicative and responsive of any harm (which again shouldn’t happen in the first place). I hope they continue to be courteous and polite because despite everything I am spending now to heal emotionally and physically from the scars, I do still remember that about them. I hope anyone reading this review feels empowered to ask all the questions and remediation here or anywhere else they may choose to seek out services.
