Have had great service here. More expensive than the other options I priced, but worth it based on safety, professionalism, and the lifetime guarantee. I think the lifetime guarantee actually incentivizes more safety because they don’t just rush through with treatment and have rescheduled me on occasion when I looked tan (which can cause burns). Nikki is usually who I see and she’s excellent - fast, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely choose this spot again if I were looking.

I always have a great experience every time I visit the Central Park location. All of the ladies here are so lovely and truly professional. The suite is spotless and well maintained, and they make me feel welcome the moment I walk through the door. Scheduling is quick and easy, which I really appreciate. Plus, the location is super convenient—it’s right off the highway and in a plaza where you can grab a bite before or after your appointment.

The staff is great here! Always so nice! Great experience everytime at the Northfield Denver location. I will most definetly return on my next Denver visit for my hair removal needs.

Milan laser hair removal at Northfield is a fantastic place. I had my first treatment today and I am very happy I did. Everything was easy and quick. No pain. Nikki and Cat are professional and friendly nurses. Everyone at the front was nice, knowledge and professional. I am glad I met them. They answered all my questions. Absolutely thrilled with my experience with Milan thus far. Susan was very patient with me during my consultation and was a wealth of knowledge. I did not feel pressured to sign a contract but I did feel well equipped with the information I needed to make the right choice for me - which just happened to be a full body package because why would I only get rid of some of my hair?! There was a decent delay in getting my first session booked, however, the time finally came and I can cross my 1st treatment off the list. Nikki is wonderful and made me feel very comfortable. She provided ample information prior to beginning and gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Nikki was very careful with my tattoos which isn’t something I had given any prior consideration but very much appreciated for the attention and care to gap the laser away from them. The room was spotless and the treatment was completed much faster than I expected. I wish I could go back in time to start sooner but hey, better late than never. Excited to see my progress after a few more sessions and delighted to know I have a lifetime guarantee on my entire body should I ever need touch ups. I’m confident I am in good hands & recommend them to all!
