I had a very good experience my first time getting the PicoSure with Leann. I wasn’t sure how it would feel but it was completely nothing like I expected. You always think it’s going to be worse but I never needed her to stop. It didn’t hurt at all. Well, around the bottom of the nostril it felt like tiny pin pricks but I wouldn’t say it’s pain. They have a cooling mechanism you can use if you think it gets too hot or if the “pain” is more than you would like but I ended up not needing it. I had been somewhere else to get laser hair removal and I paid for a package of 6. At the 3rd and 4th trip there, it hurt so much that I never went back. They didn’t numb me or use anything to cool the area. They should’ve had some sort of cooling wand or blower. That being said, Leann was so comforting and made sure throughout to ask how I was doing. She was training someone and both ladies were respectful and professional. She answered all my questions confidently and hearing her train made me even more relaxed because to me she was very educated and experienced sounding. Anyway, I have a couple more treatments and I can’t wait to get them and see the final results. I highly recommend Laser Remedy to anyone.

This was my first time going for laser treatment. I had some dark sun spots on my face that were really starting to bother me and no retinol or cream would lighten. After some research, I learned the picosure laser was the way to go and Laser Remedy came up in my search. Debbie did my laser treatment and she explained the process before beginning which was so helpful. I did not choose any numbing and was glad I didn't! It was no big deal whatsoever. My face was a little blotchy for a few days but easy to cover with makeup. One of my bothersome spots was getting darker and I thought I was stuck with it but voila, it just washed off a few days after the treatment! A real miracle! The other darker spots slowly came off a few days after that. I am telling everyone how THRILLED I am with the results! I could not recommend Debbie with Laser Remedy Skin Solutions. She is a true miracle worker!

The staff are amazing they have fantastic customer service. I have had multiple appointments with them and their work is definitely a 10/10 - fading so great after a few treatments. The people are really nice it's the perfect place to come for laser tattoo removal.
