She took the time to thoroughly explain how the tattoo removal process works and made sure I understood what to expect with treatments, healing, and results. Crystal was patient, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions without rushing me. She made me feel comfortable and confident about starting the removal process. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to be informed before making a decision. Can not speak highly enough about Removery, particularly the S. Broadway location in Denver. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clean. All the staff is very attentive and kind. Alexander has been helping me remove a few tattoos and he has been amazing. Being a tattooer myself I have a lot of work that bumps up against each other, he is able to remove spots with great precision and speed, which when your getting tattoo removal makes a huge difference!
