I have been coming to Milan Laser Hair Removal for years now and I absolutely love my results! They help you with any questions/concerns that you may have! They are super friendly, professional and great at making you feel at ease when nerves. At the beginning this location was not open and I had to drive a while to get my treatment but when I learn this place was open I was extremely happy since I live like 10mins from here. Super clean and nice! And the employees here are kind and have all the qualities that I mentioned earlier! I continue to recommend them to all my friends and family! ❤️

The manager at this location, Alexandra, is very standoffish and unhelpful. My daughter requested that I go back to the treatment room with her as there was a traveling nurse providing the services and not the usual nurse. The bikini line area is a newer treatment area and my daughter feels more comfortable when I am with her. Alexandra was very rude in saying that I could not go back with her and also that there were not 3 protective goggles available. With the price of memberships, I am surprised that there are only 2 available goggles. Maybe you guys should purchase some more…. Will not be going back to this location or recommending this business to any of my mom friends or their daughters.

As a Latina, my body hair has been one of my biggest insecurities! It’s always been something I’ve been contemplating for decades but finally on my 41st birthday I decided to go for it! Gift for myself (well deserved ❤️) I did some research and landed on Milan for multiple reasons. I’m planning on moving back to Florida so the main reason was it being a location that had clinics in Florida! Second was the lifetime deal! I needed to know that if any of my hairs came back for whatever reason I was covered! Finally, the people….my initial consultation was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and explained every detail to me. I’m brown, and the scars or discoloration was a concern of mine. She an explained in very detailed medical terms with photos and samples for me to feel secure about my decision. After choosing a package she was even nice enough to give me a deal on an extra area! My work schedule changes weekly and they have always been able to accommodate me and accept my last minute cancellation due to my demanding job. Thank you Milan staff for always making me feel at home and valued. Highly recommend them!

Alexandra and Bri are absolutely amazing at the Centennial location!!! I used to go to a different location, but due to their kindness and amazing atmosphere I have switched over all my appointments to this location! They make sure that I’m comfortable and leave satisfied every time!
