I came here for my 1st ever lip filler appt (via classpass) and LOVED it. I felt so comfy the entire time, Char was super attentive and listened to me every step of the way. She even took the time to go over skincare related questions with me. Definitely coming back for more skincare/filler soon!! 🥰

I went to Skin by Char because I have lost some weight and my face was droopy. I have never had fillers before and I was very nervous. Charlotte walked me through options and we figured out a way to have a natural look. I am amazed with the results. I have my natural cheekbones back and I am very pleased with the results and experience. I would highly recommend and definitely will return. Thank you Charlotte for making my first experience with fillers a positive one.

I wanted to share my experience so others know what to ask before getting lip filler. I previously had filler done in Korea and didn’t love the results due to language barrier issues, the injector there used the majority of the syringe to lift my smile lines(RBF lol). This time, I made it very clear I wanted fuller lips(bottom lip bigger) and a defined Cupid’s bow, and the injector agreed that sounded perfect. The clinic was very clean, and the injector was friendly and warm, which made me trust her professional judgment. I initially booked a half syringe, but she recommended a full syringe for more volume, so I went for it. After the appointment, I found out she had used RHA Redensity, which is clinically indicated for perioral lines, fine wrinkles, and skin revitalization, not for lip augmentation or adding volume. I waited the full two weeks, but there was no visible change in fullness or Cupid’s bow definition. At my follow-up, I expressed my concerns and mentioned that I felt a bit misled and would have appreciated more transparency about what the product was designed for. Instead of acknowledging that, she insisted Redensity is volumizing and showed me comparison photos, but I didn’t much of a difference (only difference was that my lips looked more hydrated not bigger, I also smiled in the first one not on the other). I left disappointed, so I will be going elsewhere for lip filler. Or maybe lip filler isnt meant to be😭 Way better than my first experience though since we could actually communicate😂 Please send recommendations if you have any!
