I had an amazing experience with Dr. Vath and the entire team at the Center for Cosmetic Surgery. From the front office staff to the nurses and coordinators, everyone was kind, supportive, and truly caring throughout my abdominoplasty and breast lift. Dr. Vath was thorough and confident in explaining everything and made me feel safe every step of the way. My surgery went beautifully and recovery was very smooth with pain well managed. At my one-week virtual follow-up, I suddenly developed swelling and pain in my left breast. The RN immediately recognized the concern and the team arranged for me to return the same day for surgery — even on a Friday evening. Despite living four hours away, they made time to get me in for an emergency procedure, which truly meant the world to me. Dr. Vath personally came in and was so reassuring, and I felt personally cared for and safe throughout the entire experience. I’m healing great now and am so grateful to this wonderful group of people. I was cared for by multiple RNs, along with the anesthesiology team and my coordinator Andrea, and I truly appreciate all of them. I highly recommend this practice to anyone considering cosmetic surgery!

Dr. Freeman gets a full 5 stars plus review! From the initial consultation and continuing, he has been professional, personable, informative, engaging, honest, and supportive. After meeting him for the first time I knew I could confidently choose him as my surgeon. This means I trusted his guidance, expertise, background, knowledge, capabilities, answers to my questions, experience and everything else that put me at ease going into my surgery. The bonus is that I am so happy with my results! Perfection! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone I love. I have no complaints. Just go meet him, he'll be real, make you laugh and is instantly easy to connect with. The CCS as a whole is also first class. Everyone is supportive, kind, thorough, and responsive. And finally, my surgical team nurse was the best of the best! She was all the good things you want from a nurse from expertise, professionalism, honesty and care. Truly. Just go check them out. And choose Dr. Freeman if you're unclear.

Had a couple of procedures done by Dr Steinwald. Very attentive as to what I wanted the end result to look like. Gave his recommendations that were 100% accurate. He is VERY good at what he does! Erika his asst was amazing as well, she took the time to answer all my questions and go through the procedures thoroughly. I would recommend Dr Steinwald and/or The Center for Cosmetic Surgery as everyone at the office is very welcoming and thoughtful.

My experience with Dr. Vath and his team was exceptional. My procedure was successful. Dr. Vath truly heard my wishes and I am delighted with the outcome. Healing process has also been easy. The nursing staff on the day of the procedure was attentive, kind, and diligent. The admin team is very organized. The process to schedule all appointments with Dr. Vath was smooth and efficient. They also provided lots of relevant information and support. On final note, Dr Vath’s bedside manner is warm, honest, and informative. This is a 5-star team!

I waited a long time before writing this review because I wanted to give the results time to fully settle and heal. Unfortunately, even after two years, my experience with my lower face lift with Dr. Freeman was very disappointing. When I initially had the procedure done, I was extremely excited about the results and trusted that I was in good hands. However, the outcome was not what I expected. The left side of my face had to be redone, but even after that correction, the overall results still did not improve Two years later, I still deal with ongoing issues. My ears are constantly itchy, and the left side of my face remain painful. The discomfort can be significant enough that I cannot comfortably wear sunglasses or sleep on that side. What was most frustrating for me was the lack of willingness to work toward a resolution to get the results I wanted which were not unrealistic When I tried to discuss my concerns, I felt that they were dismissed and explained away with various reasons, including being told that the results were due to genetics. I understand that every surgical procedure carries risks and that results can vary from person to person. However, I believe it’s important for prospective patients to know that my outcome and post-operative experience were not what I anticipated, there is literally no visible difference in the way my lower face looks . The only visible difference are the scars behind my ears. I truly wish my experience had been different, but after two years, I feel it’s important to share my honest perspective for others who may be considering this procedure. Especially at the cost of $20,000 to see no results is absolutely disappointing. I did come back on here to add this particular part because when I initially posted they responded by saying we take all feedback serious and to please call them so that their team can review this with me directly, I had several postop appointments with Dr. Freeman with no resolution, even after expressing my disappointment with the results. I definitely wasn’t taken seriously. I actually tried to be nice about the whole situation but after paying $20,000 for my face to look exactly the same this is not OK.
