I had a great experience getting the Yuko Japanese thermal straightening treatment with Quyen. The pics speak for themselves! It was faster than I thought (about 5 hours) and she actually underestimated slightly on the original quote, which was a pleasant surprise. She is honest and straight shooting, gave me an accurate quote and was willing to turn me down when I mistakenly said I had bleached my hair before (which means you can’t do the treatment without frying your hair, so, that would have been a good call). My hair is sooo silky and shiny! I have a few split ends but nothing unusual for me, I came in with a few splits, so I don’t think it did any damage. Overall very satisfied, I will be back.

I booked a Yuko hair straightening treatment with Hanh and let me tell you, I love my hair now! I had very frizzy curly hair and now it is manageable. I love the way it looks! It took about 3 1/2 hours. Hanh even came in to do my hair on her day off, I really appreciate it! She was also great at explaining what the process would look like and how to maintain the hair. I highly recommend!

I recently got my eyebrows ombre, done by no other than Quyen the queen!! She is talented and sweet. So glad I found her. Not only did she make me feel more confident, she made me felt less stressed to redo my eyebrows. I got my eyebrows done elsewhere and it wasn't what I wanted so I got them removed and got them redone by Quyen. If you want "The bomb" eyebrows....book with her, you will not be disappointed!!!! I was a bit nervous about getting my eyebrows treated, but her professional and gentle approach put me right at ease. She is so informative and took the time to answer all my questions, ensuring I felt comfortable the whole time. I though that i would have a lot of down time but there was very minimal swelling and redness it is now the day after treatment and swelling is gone with just a little redness and no sensitivity. Truly a 5-star experience!

I am OBSESSED with my hair!! Quyen did such an amazing job and completely understood what I wanted. The color is so blended and beautiful, and the cut frames my face perfectly.
