Symmetry 360 Massage Highlands

A family member of mine bought me a prenatal massage at Symmetry 360. It was my first time having a prenatal massage at 6 months pregnant. I’ve been having really tense shoulders, neck, & back pain. Gale did a FANTASTIC job!! I left feeling so relaxed and light. I was dosing off during my massage because I was truly at peace! Much needed & appreciated!! Gale is amazing, 10/10 recommend!! I will be booking again!

Colin is probably the most knowledgeable massage therapist I’ve ever had. It was a really terrific massage, he was clear about what comfort vs. discomfort looks like, and I felt very empowered to speak up if I didn’t like something. That wasn’t an issue, because it was fantastic all 90 minutes. Highly recommend.

I was very fortunate to have found this place after a long day yesterday. As I am a visitor I needed some quick relaxation. I left this place feeling amazing. I did 20 mins of the infrared sauna and cold plunge followed by 60 mins of massage with Kai. Kai was so knowledgeable and skilled. I’d return if I could.

I had an amazing experience with Daniel T. Such a great massage. He made me feel super comfortable right from the start, and really listened to what I needed. The whole session was tailored to exactly what my body was asking for, and the pressure was perfect. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Definitely going back!

I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Jennifer today and it was exceptional! Not only is she very skilled (good pressure, etc.) but also intuitive as to what needed attention. I will be booking another session with her soon. I've been a customer of Symmetry 360 for a few years now and have been impressed with how professionally they run their business, and how they do so with a customer focus. I'd been a massage club member, and when I decided to stop my membership I still had a few unused sessions. Even though I've taken a long time to use them, they have not only honored them but also have reminded me to use them! Excellent company, with excellent massage therapists and office personnel.
