Jess is an absolute godsend! My sessions with her have been nothing short of spectacular. In my short experience with Jess, she has already alleviated years of stress and fatigue and I’m currently feeling the best I have in 10+ years. Beyond that, Jess has been an irreplaceable resource with self-care and is always providing the best guidance on how to take care of my body outside of her studio. She truly cares about her clients and consistently goes above and beyond. Finally, an honorable mention to Mr. Bruno, the sweet golden doodle that accompanies Jess in office every day. He is such a good boy and brings joy to myself and I’m sure all those that are fortunate enough to make it to Jess’ space. I cannot recommend Rooted and Aligned enough!

I had a wonderful, healing experience with Jess! I walked in with lots of tension and restriction in my neck and upper back and walked out with full range of motion again! Her technique is extremely relaxing but also very therapeutic - best of both worlds! And she sent me home with hot tea on a chilly, snowy day - such a thoughtful touch and a perfect way to continue enjoying my session on the way home. :) Thank you, Jess! P.S. her space is super cute & cozy and her dog, Bruno, is the best boy! So friendly and extremely quiet the entire time!

My session with Jess was one of the most relaxing massages I have had to date! Every move she made was intentional, with my needs in mind. I enjoy work on specific areas rather than a full body. She listened to my requests and even educated me on other muscles that could be involved with my problem areas. An added bonus was parting with tea and a seamoss popcicle! Today, I had the best massage experience. In prep for my Knee Surgery in 4 days, Jess was very intentional. My knee/leg felt the BEST it has felt in over 4 weeks.
