Diamond Spa & Massage

I was traveling for work and Diamond Spa and Massage was right across the street from my hotel, so I decided to give it a try based on the reviews. I got a full body deep tissue massage with hot stones and it was excellent. My massage therapist took such great care of me and I left feeling incredibly relaxed. The head and neck massage alone was a 10 out of 10. If you’re in the area, stop by. Do not be deceived by the looks — it’s absolutely worth it & the price was right!

My mom and I visited the Diamond Spa & Massage as it was conveniently across the street from our hotel - we each received the full body deep tissue massage with hot stones. This even included an excellent head massage. The massage therapists, Ivy and Ciney, were amazing, kind, and very professional! We left feeling calm, relaxed, and recharged. Cozy atmosphere and affordable pricing!

That was the most relaxing and comfortable experience. The service was excellent with all staff being so gentle and delicate. I was check on many times and got good recommendations. I will definitely come back

I want to start by saying I’m open to giving this place another chance. I understand this is a small business, and my intention is not to bash it. The massage itself was very good when it finally began. Unfortunately, the overall experience was frustrating and disjointed. This appointment was meant to be a surprise from my partner following recent surgery. Although he booked online and was told multiple times he could pay by phone, the front desk could not initially locate the appointment and said payment could not be taken remotely. This led to confusion, repeated phone calls, and unnecessary stress at check-in. Eventually the appointment was found on another device, but we were already behind schedule. The first room was extremely loud due to the business being next to a bar. I was moved to a second room, which helped slightly, but the noise was still disruptive. Combined with staff needing to leave the room multiple times to retrieve supplies, plus an interruption from another employee mid-session, the massage felt choppy despite the therapist’s skill. Although we started late for reasons outside my control, the session still ended exactly on time. At checkout, I felt uncomfortable when I was strongly pressured to tip more, and my tip was openly criticized. That interaction felt unprofessional and left a bad final impression. Tipping should always feel optional and reflective of the full experience. This place has real potential — complimentary hot stones were a great touch, and the massage itself was solid. However, improvements are needed in booking systems, payment communication, sound mitigation, and front-desk professionalism. Guests should not feel rushed, interrupted, or pressured at checkout. I live nearby and truly want this to be a place I can recommend and return to regularly. I hope management takes this feedback constructively, as the foundation is there — it just needs better execution and consistency.

Different than any other massage I've had, in a good way. Kind and attentive. Felt amazing after. 60minute massage with 30 minute reflexology.
