This was absolutely the most uncomfortable and terrible experience I’ve ever experienced with a massage. The first therapist only focused on two areas of my back before her her phone rings and she had to answer during the beginning the session. She then left and spoke with someone else very loudly outside the door before they both returned and continued speaking. The other masseuse was asked to step in which they actually told me. She was not better and continued to focus on the same spots and never addressed my entire body including my legs which were in pain. After the switch I hear a loud man enter the business complaining about shoulder and back pain asking for a quick massage in those areas. There is zero noise cancelling in the place They proceed to tell him they can provide a quick massage then bring him into my so called private room and tell him to lay down on the table next to me where I am naked and trying to relax during my massage The dude disrobes and gets on his table like it’s nothing. Nobody says a word to me about someone else coming into the room. Once his massage begins he starts groaning and saying how good and needed it was. My masseuse and his proceeded to talk to each other across the room for the entire session. The guy eventually fell asleep and began snoring throughout the rest of my massage I told them it was weird and not ok multiple times. There was absolutely no point during the so called massage where I felt relaxed and taken care of. This place is horrible and I can’t believe how they’re still in business. It is probably only because of their communal foot massage room. They also had the nerve to ask for a tip. I’d have left a penny or used piece of gum had I not felt guilty. Do not go here! I have gift certificates left and will have more satisfaction using them to pick up dog poop than returning

I’ve been coming here for years, but this place has completely gone downhill. Prices keep going up while the quality of service keeps going down. The “foot massage” area is basically one big open room with 5–6 chairs, so there’s zero relaxation. The therapists constantly chatter with each other (usually in a language I don’t even understand) and answer phones during sessions. It’s loud, distracting, and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, some of the therapists are flat-out rude. If you don’t tip as much as they demand, they actually confront you at the door. I normally tip 20% — which is generous — but apparently that’s not enough for them. The entitlement and attitude are outrageous. This is not the same place it used to be. The owner may be nice, but the staff have turned the experience into a noisy, unpleasant hassle. Save your money — there are far better options out there. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Went here on a recommendation with my daughter. We got the 45 minute foot massage for $40. Atmosphere: front door was shattered and being held together with tape and cardboard. The space was very cramped. The chairs are older and uncomfortable. No lower back support and pillows they had were totally flat. Massage: the guy that did mine did a great job. Firm, not painful, slow, methodical, acupressure on soles of my feet. Very good and relaxing massage. The guy that did my daughters, not good at all. Was rubbing very hard, over and over in the same spots. Rubbed her calves more than her feet. Not relaxing at all. Plus made her feel uncomfortable when he told her she was pretty (he’s early 50’s I’d guess and she is 21, but looks 15). Service: this is the problem. The guy that did my daughter’s massage checked us out. 2 massages @ $40= $80. I gave him a $100. That is $10 tip for each guy - 25% tip!! He just looked at me, and tapped the counter where it says how much I should tip. He said, “more tip”. He wanted $15 per person. That’s 37.5%!!! And he wasn’t very good either! Besides my massage being good, the rest was not an experience I’d like to repeat, especially the shake down for a bigger tip! We won’t be back and I do not recommend.

My feet are so happy here I hate to leave. The employees here have perfected customer service and are paragon in their trade! This a a small perfect setting for massage therapy. The lighting is dim and large reclining chairs consume to space with warm water buckets 💧 and calming music. 🎶 My body is completely relaxed and enjoying the foot reflexology. I picked the one hour package for $40. Well worth the price for the fabulous service you receive. This a a busy little business so I would make reservations for sure. I'm so glad I did. 😊 I did fall asleep during the massage and you will wake up when they are done. They do like a pounding on the bottom of the feet that will alert you. I come here often as I can and like to support my local shops. See ya soon and thanks! The prices are listed on the front door of the business.

I love this place! I go because I have foot pain from standing a lot on the campaign trail. The reflexology is amazing. I prefer the male reflexologists because they have stronger hands. This place has zero frills except tea and tootsie rolls. Just beware - if you have a rezzie sometimes you have to be flexible! One time i showed up and they didn’t have me listed so i had to go elsewhere. Another time, i had to go back 30 minutes later.
