Sara has been my aesthetician since December 2025. She is wonderful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I never had Micro needling done before. I was nervous about the procedure and had 10 million questions before getting the procedure done. Sara was patient and answered all my questions and had a gentle hand when doing the procedure. And every micro needling session after has been pleasant. Thank you, Sara!

I have been treated her for several years, 2022! All the ladies are lovely, especially the twins! Cindy & Mindy. Mindy is very attentive to my skins needs and knowledgeable in treatments! Thank you for being the best ladies!!

This whole experience messed up my self care day. I was beyond disappointed especially working over 100 hours. I never once said I was interested in a membership I was there just to try it out and to get a facial which I thought was a full facelift facial but it end up being something completely different. The results were trash and that's just the truth. And that face analyst that you guys do is trash as well because I had another face analyst done and the stuff you guys told me was nowhere near what they told me. With Heyday I was able to get my facial that I wanted with a few enhancements and baby my face looked magnificent. They also recommended the Da beauty clinic which was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I was able to get my sculptura, Nefertiti Botox & lip fillers without being baited into a membership. I paid everything at once and in 2 weeks I will be getting my PDO threading done by the Da Beauty Clinic. I don't know what gullible people y'all got to get memberships for this establishment but baby y'all know how to bait and switch honey. And being a business owner I definitely did not appreciate that... especially being pressured into putting in a carecredit application, cherry application and affirm applications...I gave that woman my wrong information just so it can say denied because that was highly ridiculous in that ruined the entire experience. And what was really a negative on you guys's when I literally sat there and said I have another appointment I have to go to and I cannot miss it and this is really messing up my vibe and let me just reschedule.. instead of being understanding of that the girl kept pushing to get approval so I can pay instead of saying okay let's just reschedule... I understand and I'll see you next time. The worst customer service ever!!!! I suggest the next time you guys want to run a promotion stick with that promotion and what it all entails not doing a demo. Then trying to convince someone to take out a year-long membership and stuff that they can get taken care of that day at another clinic and have same day results. I suggest you say to someone at the beginning we are a membership-based company because everybody does not read that because somehow I miss that I was just excited to get a non-invasive full facial facelift which again NEVER happened. So again I suggest you guys explain that about your company and then ask the person at the beginning who has just paid for your 5-minute demo that was presented as a non-surgical full facial facelift, if they are interested in a membership. And if they are not interested don't PUSH READ THE ROOM because when I say you guys ruined my whole experience you ruined it by the time I got done I had a headache that defeats the whole purpose of a self-care day. So I hope somebody comes across this review and I will highly recommend you guys to go to the Da beauty clinic. They're amazing You can get the same work done the same day Great results and the staff is fantastic. They do two weeks follow up and then you don't have to go back for a touch-up for 9 to 12 months depending on you. They're honest and upfront from the beginning which I truly appreciated. But this experience at this med spa was HORRIBLE and I will never ever be back due to the dishonesty and the bait & switch. And I definitely will be requesting a refund for my money because you did not give me the service that I originally requested. When I told the girl that she said oh no this is the anti-aging one but we use the same technique how is that possible how do you use an anti-aging technique for a full facelift. Next time play with somebody else's time. And at first I wasn't going to leave a review but after having the experience that I had at Da beauty clinic, you all will never have anything on their services.

Don't waste your time here. I drove over 26 miles one way and ended up waiting in the lobby for an hour, only to be informed that no one was available to perform the facial that your company heavily promoted. Honestly, if you can't manage scheduling or at least have the courtesy to call and cancel an appointment that was confirmed, there's no way I would trust you to perform any services on my face or body. Very disappointed.

I had an amazing experience at Novuskin Spa! It was my first consultation, Britney and all the team was incredibly kind, professional, and detailed in every explanation. The environment is clean, elegant, and truly relaxing. They offer all kinds of memberships and treatments — from facial hydration and vitamin shots to many other options that help upgrade our natural beauty and confidence. I felt very comfortable and impressed with their professionalism and the quality of care. I highly recommend Novuskin Spa for anyone who wants to feel refreshed and rejuvenated!
