On my way to the appointment I needed to talk to someone to confirm the address. I was on hold for 31 minutes! Totally unacceptable. I i’m sure that corporate thinks they are just being efficient, but you can hire people from home for $18 an hour to handle the peak times. I doubt if I’ll be coming back because of the practice treating your patients like dirt. Halei was fantastic though.

I love the people of this place! They are all professional and friendly. Seeing a doctor is not usually a thing most people want to do but It is nice to go to a doctor's office and feel relaxed and comfortable. Bonus they are an incredibly good at what they do. I've recommended Alta Vista to all my family and friends.

Cara and Francesca were very helpful and engaging during my hair treatment. They were very accommodating to my questions and worked to solve any issues. I highly recommend Alta Vista for quality and friendly service.

I can’t stand your practice. I will not be coming back. I don’t know why I keep giving you chances but today’s appointment was my last straw. Every provider there is cold, short, rushed and uncaring. The good ones have left and I can see why. I am a menopausal woman dealing with multiple various skin, nail and hair issues. It is very traumatic and emotional process to go through. Your providers are too young to understand or care. One day you’ll find out, as you can’t escape aging. I’m sure MANY of your patients are older. It’s a shame that you don’t take the opportunity to empathize with what they are going through.

LOVE this office everyone is very professional without being stuffy. I was treated like family and feel I am in a great place that truly heard my concerns and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed and I’m looking forward to my treatment.
