I had ABEX today and I could not describe the experience as better than perfect. Staff was completely comforting, had a sense of humor and relieve my anxiety immediately if I'm walking into the door. The doctor was very attentive and talked about what was happening while he was doing it while being direct, respectful and also having a sense of humor. I left the facility feeling zero pain and already looking like a different man. I could not recommend this place higher. I was especially like to give a shout out to the surgeon James Zasuly my nurse Kat and my surgical tech Ramekia. They were great. 5 STARS.

2 WEEK LIFTEX REVIEW I’m now two weeks out from my LiftEX procedure at Sono Bello with Dr. James Zasuly, and I wanted to share an early update. At this stage, I know I’m still healing, but I’m already encouraged by how things are progressing. Dr. Zasuly was calm, professional, and very clear about what to expect — especially that results take time and swelling is part of the process. That honesty really helped me stay grounded during recovery. The first week required rest and patience, but everything I experienced felt normal and manageable based on what I was told beforehand. By week two, swelling has started to decrease, mobility is improving, and I can already see early contour changes. While I know I’m far from final results, I feel confident I made the right choice. The staff was supportive and attentive, and I never felt rushed or dismissed when I had questions. Overall, my experience so far has been positive, and I’m looking forward to seeing continued improvement as healing continues. I'm so happy with my decision to have LiftEX at Sonobello and Dr. Zasuly.

I am 1 day post op and I am here to tell ya, Dr Centeno and his staff are amazing. I had the LiftEx with laser assisted liposuction. Dr. Centennial made sure I was completely at ease and there was no discomfort. The procedure went great and at discharge, his staff provided me with all the information I needed and saw me safely to my vehicle, which my husband was driving! Any time I have a question I know I can reach out to the staff and they always respond. I would recommend Sonobello, Dr. Centennial and his staff any day of the week! They are the best!

I have had an amazing experience from beginning at consultation to post surgery lymphatic massage! I am 2wks post op from my final phase 2 surgery, about 6 weeks from my initial surgery. (Abex + lipo and hips/waist lipo totalling 18k) I have months more of recovery to go but I am feeling great! After 4 kids; definitely happy with my results and no regrets! I'd rate the pain a 10 for sure! I recommend having a 3 day recovery time and help! The nurses and staff are wonderful, informative and kind. Many themselves have undergone surgery and offer great first hand knowledge! After plenty of recovery time I do plan on going back for one more thing! 😁

Almost 6 months ago I had the ABEX and inner thigh procedure done. I had to go 2 times since they weren't able to get them both done in the same appointment. At first I thought it was great minus the swelling and major discomfort and I was patient and waited for better results. My inner thigh area has an indentation (not sure why the Dr. didn't suggest doing the entire thigh area) it looks weird and is very noticeable. My lower ab area isn't flat and is still very hard. My back also still has fat in areas. I am not satisfied and feel like spending $18K I should look better than I do. I am 58 and workout 4-5 days a week. I mentioned this to the nurse at my 3 month appointment and someone did contact me and schedule me to meet with the Dr. on my 6 month appointment. HOWEVER, he said that if I decide to have some revisions done I would have to pay an additional $2400 for the OR fee. I don't think this is fair as the procedure was clearly not done correct the first time. In addition, it is extremely frustrating that I would have to go through the pain and discomfort all over again because it was not done correctly the first time. Not sure if I will go back and may have to simply live with the results and do my best to correct them on my own with diet and exercise. Please think twice about coming here and consider going to an actual office where they specialize in this type of procedure with anesthesia. I know there are a lot of 5 star reviews on here and I am so happy for those people, I wish it would be me. I will say the staff members are very nice. Please note, this was my experience only and it’s not a terrible outcome I guess I just expected more.
