Training with D has transformed my body, mind and soul- there is nothing cookie cutter about what his company brings to the table. I did in person training with him for over a year and when I moved to another city I signed up for his online training- D was that good when I was working with him that I didn’t even want to interview other trainers. Each session is custom tailored around my needs and he always takes the time to listen. I thrive in their culture of accountability and structure. I love my body when I look in the mirror. But perhaps, more importantly, he’s played a role in me reconnecting with my body and femininity after tucking that away to scale the corporate ladder in finance. The Body Shaping Company has created space for me to know that I can be strong, successful, brilliant, beautiful, and feminine and that I don’t have to choose. 10 stars recommend.

I can't recommend Body Shaping Company, Briana, and D enough. They're incredibly thoughtful, knowledgeable, and kind, and really cater their training approach to meet your needs. I've worked with Briana for the past 12 weeks on both nutrition and personal training and just signed up for another 12 week program. Because of her support and expertise, not only have I seen physical results externally, but have seen improvement in my thyroid, cholesterol, A1C, and overall energy levels. I really can't recommend them enough!

I can’t recommend Demetrius enough. He brings such positive vibes to every session while still holding me accountable. He helped me get stronger and more consistent after my ACL/meniscus surgery, and I feel better than I have in a long time. If you’re looking for someone who supports you while pushing you to be better, he’s it!
