I had my first appointment yesterday and it was great. I purchased this appointment for consultation with a doctor and team that really know what they’re doing. I had expectations I was in search of to be met and they definitely did! Dr. Cohen is very knowledgeable and in charge of his practice, from the products they have to offer to treatments that does himself rather than an esthetician. I sought a clearly written plan from my treatment plan to my product plan which they do. It’s easy to reach the team and everything made sense and I finally have the trusted clarity I needed. I’m excited to be a new patient and yes I do recommend becoming a member like I did in case you’re wondering if you should or not. I’ve seen many monthly membership plans and this one is very flexible and a great offer.

Ayin is phenomenal and somehow remembers your name after just one visit, which speaks volumes considering how many patients she sees. But the real standout is Dr. Jelena. She is exceptionally thorough, warm, and compassionate, and her expertise truly sets her apart. As a person of color, it’s rare to find a provider who genuinely understands melanin-rich skin but Dr. Jelena absolutely understood the assignment. She took the time to listen to my concerns, thoughtfully explained my treatment options, and the care she recommended actually worked. You can tell she studies skin types deeply and treats each patient with intention and respect. Shout-out to her incredible team. Amy is a wonderful assistant, always kind and supportive. And Cody, every time I call, he answers promptly and does his best to find appointment times that fit my schedule. The entire staff makes you feel seen, heard, and cared for. If you’re looking for expert dermatology with genuine compassion especially for skin of color I highly recommend About Skin Dermatology and Dr. Jelena. Truly top-tier care.

I have nothing but fabulous things to say about Dr Brooke Rothstein. Incredible bedside manner, direct and to the point while being kind and gracious. Left me with a clear plan for my skincare and I’ve seen fantastic results. Dr. Rothstein performed a very thorough annual skin exam and took the time to carefully evaluate everything. She identified a few precancerous spots and treated them immediately. I truly appreciated her attention to detail and felt very confident in her care.
