Just called to set up 1st appointment, talk about a rude receptionist (male) I didn't understand exactly what he was asking me to do so he says if you just want to go backwards that's fine I can set up your information then call your insurance company to see if they even have us in Network....FYI I can go either in or out of Network and my stuff is still paid 👐

I returned some of their medical equipment I found in a storage unit auction and was told they would reimburse me for returning their items as I paid a lot of money for the unit. See attached pictures. Long story short I delivered their equipment to them, I drove it from Colorado Springs and was told they would be in touch. And they have avoided me or said someone would contact me ever since I delivered their equipment. This was July of last year. I would not want them performing any medical procedures on me, if they are dishonest in this situation, can you imagine what they would do to you in a medical procedure?

Dr. Francis is one of the most thorough and kind physicians I have ever been under the care of. She takes her time, and makes sure all my questions are answered. Edina is the best aesthetician you can get any skin care from. I will always be loyal to those who care with all their heart.

Front desk lady was rude to my husband but very nice to other patients, told my husband that his appointment was not until 1pm, but we got there early to sign paperwork and update our insurance information. She should of thanked my husband for doing such action due to staying on schedule for all other staff. When we saw the dermatologist she just seen my husband and right away mentioned it was " nickle allergy" when we already knew that! We asked on other skin reliever for his forehead and eye area and she was just hesitant that it was an allergy that was not going to go away. Again we know that, what can we help to alleviate the pain and itching, finally she told him she would give him a much stronger steroid and a face cream..... After she finally seen I took over the conversation and demanded for a better cream and clarification on my husband's skin! If you are concentring going to this clinic try the Yosemite Location, they are great!

I am 77 and had skin cancer on my nose which was removed. I went to the appointment a little apprehensive but both Dr Franklin and her assistant Kim made me feel at ease in the whole procedure went perfectly.
